So T.I home for Christmas huh

0.jpg

He sold out to the illuminati remember...they were setting him up on bogus charges to get him to join the darkside.

Good for him....nigga didn't snitch on any of you so why do you give a fuck? Dude doesn't even know you're living....

- nigga, calm your little tender ass down. :hmm:

the difference between T.I. and us, is that he puts food on his table and markets himself as everything you opened up your little emotional rant with....

 Nigga, I get the whole marketing thing with T.I. Problem is you are too fuckin' stupid to realize that at the end to the day, it's MARKETING!!!

This dude has kids and family to take care of. Any nigga dumb enough to think that the majority of these rappers actually have the criminal records and have done the things they say they have done.....are just that....stupid.

That was cute how you called me tender though. Kinda gay

as the saying goes, The man in blue is a friend to you.

the time which he spent in custody compared to the time he actually was supposed to do for an ex-con is off... he snitched.

but to tell u the truth, he does not owe anyone shit in order to not save his ass... literally.lll

I think TI case was one were the prosecuting attorneys actually did their job honestly. It is up to the prosecuting attorney to decide what charges can or will be brought up. In this case I feel the prosecution felt like TI was not a threat to society and did not throw the book at him but gave him a nice warning

a convicted felon gets caught with silencers
and gets 1 yr. probation and less than 1 yr. jail time..

plaxico burress got two year prison sentence for shooting himself
mic vick got 2 yrs prison sentence for killing is own dogs....

shit don't add up....:smh::smh::smh:

Plaxico was stupid enough to turn down a 3 month plea deal......That's his dumb ass fault now everyone wanna blame the system for his stupidity...

I would just like to know where this TI Is free story came from.... Is there a link that I missed or somethin...

or more like the case of some overzealous FEDS/Hip-Hop cops who were threading the line between entrapment and an actual case....I think both parties kinda save faced in this situation......

Also to the poster that was saying TI probably snitched on some foreigners who were bringing the guns in to the country if that was the case he wouldn't have had to go through his body guard whom he barely even knew to get the guns... maybe he snitched, maybe he didn't?

But the way I see it all evidence is pointing to the FEDS having a very questionable/shaky case and offered him the plea deal that he couldn't refuse!!!!

just my opinion, until I see some irrefutable evidence of snitching!!!

:hmm: A FED conspiracy charge is a lot different than a local gun charge. They basically arrested him because he thought about buying a weapon. That is different than a gun being discharged in a public venue ie Shyne and Plaxico. And after the murder of his close friend and multiple death threats , having those weapons in his home is a easy win for any well payed lawyer. Wire 101

Also you can't be a secret snitch in a court case and who are you going to snitch on when you are the principal target.

it don't and its crazy that baby-d got locked up shortly after:dunno:

T.I deserved a much longer sentence, IF your a rich successful rapper and decide to be a dumb ass and buy guns illegally you deserve a 10 year minimum sentence

I can't remember all of the particulars but when Face and another H-Town rapper by the name of Lil' Troy was beefing Troy dropped a hood DVD and in it he had one of his homies on the vid showing his affidavit which showed Brad Jordan(Scarface) had helped the police setup Troy's homies. It was a drug deal and I think it was three of them that were involved. Face was the informant.

Not promising anything but I'll look and see if I can find the vid.

WeRd!!! :dunno:

bottom line most people snitch if they choice is between decades and a few years of jail time. i've seen situations where guys who front like they are the most hood tell with a QUICKNESS. like the guy said up above bottom line just fucking keep your shit legal and you don't have to worry about it.

That was bullshit. Face explained the shit in another interview. He said that they came to him when Rap-A-Lot was being investigated. He has been damn near a part owner in that shit for a minute now. Feds came to him and asked him about J. Prince. Price told Face to do it cause he didn't have shit to hide. During the interview they asked Face about his affiliation with Troy and if he knew if Troy was affiliated with Prince. Face said that they had done business before. That was it. According to Face. I'll find the vid.

these clowns and this snitching bullshit :hmm: WHERE'S THE AFFIDAVITS WITH THE NIGGA'S NAME ON IT? WHO DID HE SUPPOSEDLY SNITCHED ON, HIMSELF?

This here is BGOL, not sohh!! post prove or STFU....! where's t.i. affi. it's been like two years already?

Again if the Feds are building a case around his testimony they don't have to reveal shit until trial. And since he is a high profile witness they won't even have to reveal him until his tesitmony is needed. Even then you probably won't hear much about it.

I'm a big TI fan. Been down since BEFORE I'm Serious and even I'm a little shaky on the facts of this case man. The facts are the facts. This nigga been to jail on a felony and an aggravated misdemeanor involving a cop and got this sentence with a fucking room full of illegal guns and silencers!

You explain it to me. Maybe I'm missing it.

not a huge t.i. fan.....correct me if i'm wrong(i know you're in the A) wasn't his bodyguard the one enticing the nigga into buying those guns per vh1 behind the music?

It adds up. They all watched the OJ trial, Len Bias and Hank Gathers before they became famous and somebody had to sit them down and tell them not to become a memory but become memorable to become famous and not infamous. The black parade to scandal should have stopped with OJ - when they saw James Brown go to jail it should have stopped but every 5 to 10 years -1 entertainer, 1 athlete and one social activist/political figure ends up on the news for some major shit that you or I would never think of doing because we know better. WTFx2

Well the way the story goes according to Jason Getter (TI's business partner) and the bits and pieces TI filled in was...

Tip wanted guns. Tip has a bunch of people around him that are "enablers" that he gets to do shit for him. So Tip said he wanted this type of gun that was hard to get. His bodygaurd was like "I can get that shit." TI said ok you get it I'll pay for it when you get it. Dude brought him the shit and after a few times TI just trusted him.

Bodygaurd was buying guns from an undercover cop the whole time and didn't know it. Cops were looking for a crime ring in ATL. Caught the gaurd and he said he could give them a high profile target. So he set TI up.

People forget the fact that just because you become famous they don't wipe your record clean.

TI is a felon. A violent felon. A repeat violent felon.

Exhibit A - Before, the gun charges, T.I. already had a laundry list of criminal offenses, as well as parole violations. Here's a look at his record, dating back to 1997.

Nov. 1997 arrested in Georgia for distribution of cocaine, manufacturing and distributing a controlled substance, and giving authorities a false name. He was later sentenced for this crime serving seven months in jail and released on seven years of probation.

Sept. 2003 - arrested in Florida for striking an officer, trespassing and disorderly conduct

Dec. 2003 - warrant issued in Geogia for violating parole

Apr. 2004 - sentenced in Georgia to three years in jail; served less than a year

Jan. 2005 - sentenced in Florida to 18 months' probation and 75 hours of community service

May 2005 - released from Georgia jail on $25,000 bond

2005 - arrested for threatening man outside Atlanta strip club; charge dismissed.

That's that CI time... aka Confidential Informant. You live greasy but as long as you keep dropping knowledge for the law, your sentence period to jail time served ratio is always real low..This looks to be case

He's prolly "in the club" and he's in good standing with a lot of movers and shakers... Fucked up aint it, this is like "real world" high school favoritism...

okay, so it makes a little sense now(not the snitching part, i ain't buying it, till real prove surfaces)....looks like homeboy had one hell of a legal team plus didn't the prosecutors(vh1 behind the music) say something like, dude was more helpful to society talking to and working to steer kids out of trouble than being locked up?

Yeah that was a good pr campaign they put on for the TV!

TI did put in some work though. Nigga had a lot to lose at the time. But you got to understand that no legal team in the world man...THAT record. Them charges? On probation? Fighting a cop in 2003? Remember after 1997 it's illegal for him to possess a gun man. And he had silencers on half the shits? Silencers that were illegal too. :smh:

All that and he walk out with more probation. I'm not saying he snitched. But he might have been cooperative!

perhaps BDR can add something to this(federal intend vs. procession) what did they get him for andey?

Federal sentencing guidelines recommended T.I. serve at least four years and nine months behind bars. But T.I.’s defense team worked out an unheard of deal with federal prosecutors: If T.I. would perform at least 1,000 hours of community service, telling kids about the pitfalls of crime, drugs and gangs and encouraging them to respect the law, he could surrender to the Bureau of Prisons a year later and get a reduced sentence.

Area criminal defense lawyers howled in protest, saying T.I. traded his celebrity for leniency. Federal prosecutors countered the rapper’s influential message would help prevent crime. T.I. has fulfilled his part of the bargain, said Steve Sadow, one of the rapper’s lawyers. “T.I. took this opportunity and ran with it beyond anyone’s expectations.”

A sentencing memorandum filed Wednesday by T.I.’s defense team says the rapper has complied with all the requirements of his plea agreement. This includes serving 300 days of home confinement, attending more than 260 events and earning 1,006 hours of community service credit.

Shit is simple he got $$$$$$$$ and a good team with some cooperation the Feds will make a 100 yr sentence turn into 2 yrs probation. :smh:

Feds don't give a shit about small time players. They want either famous people to prosecute or big time cats and will do a 10 yr surveillance just to be sure than can get a conviction

okay, this is more along the lines of what i was thinking, if money and a t.v. show could make flavor flav attractive to them hoes, t.i.'s money could get him a reduce sentence minus that "snitching thing" niggas keep saying.....the nigga is a celebrity, plain and simple...
