It's a web of cyberstalking.

One of my friends added me and as a result I had access to all of his photos.....I see him out with his girl site seeing.

Also there were random people from work that I do not even get along with looking like idiots. White people love to pull faces and act out.

Also, now someone snaps a pic of you and sticks it in their album, now all their friends can see a photo of you with your eyes closed looking like you high

Fuck dat. I duck outta photos now

i joined up back in 2005 when the only people who could get on there were college students (great way to pick up females on campus! :lol:)

This one honey I know is hooked on that shit. She has all my numbers and emails. Gonna txt me telling me to sign up to facebook. I ask "why". She replies "So we can keep in touch". I said, "You keepin in touch now txtin me. Obviously you got my number and email, you can holla any time". She says "It's not the same".

I didn't reply after that. I assume she's still waiting for me to sign up to facebook.

I looked at my Wife's facebook, seen all the updates and the lifeless pics of friends in standard photo's, felt sick to my stoamch.

Majority of the folks just came off as drones doing what everybody else is doing.

I have a Blackplanet.com and myspace page, I think that's more than enough exposure.

Same exact thing happen to me in Wachovia!! Was talking/flirting with the teller!! When my transaction was done she asked to see my phone, I'm thinking she gonna put her number in that bitch.....she saw my facebook app and inquired about that shit instead........:hmm::smh::smh:
 
All of these so-called "social networking" sites are havens for narcissists and fronters. Even LinkedIn is just a pile of useless bullshit. I opened a bunch of those accounts at the beginning of the year, and by the end of the year I deleted every last one of them because all of that shit is just another timesuck. The best way to spend your time on Facebook is by using their PPC advertising network.
 
I'm conflicted about this shit. I got a Myspace account, Facebook account, and an old Migente account, mostly set up by one of my exes when we were still together.

Don't really go on none of them shits. It's the easiest way to get pussy period. I mean I go on facebook once in a while and see friends post on my wall and shit, but its always random pussy that I either used to fuck or wanted to fuck poppin' up on my wall and shit...can't even send a private message.

Makes me think this shit will come down when I have an actual girlfriend/wife....

I don't have a networking account... I'm not a picture-taker in the first place so much of what I do doesn't get preserved or not by me and, even if it did, why would I want to post that shit on the Internet???

I got facebook to add a bunch of people who I went to school with who didn't talk to me then and still don't talk to me now...I been contemplating just deleting the shit but thats what I get the foxxhole and speedy shows...:angry:

Same exact thing for me. It was all good back then. Next thing you know they lettin in Alumni, then it was certain employers, then high school kids. Soon as they added that update feed that displays to everybody any changes you makes to the profile, I had to bck up off it. My account is still up but I havent updated that joint in a grip
 
Facebook is cool if properly used, but it will get you caught up REAL quick if you're running game on more than one female.

You pretty much have to disable your wall and access to your friends list, but that still won't prevent someone from putting out some bullshit about you and 1000 people reading it b/f you get a chance to see it.

The worse is the dumbasses that update their status with all their info:

"Headed out of town for a week"

"Just got an 50-inch flat screen!!"

"Posted pictures of my new apartment/house!!!"

"Got a new car, a iPhone, and $1000 in cash!!!"

Co-sign. Shit is annoying as fuck everytime you're out with friends, folks want to take 100 fucking pictures to put on facebook. I don't need folks knowing my every fucking move.

I have a Facebook account and a LinkedIn account. I had FB for a long time but I work in advertising so most of the people in my business joined when we first heard it was getting traction. I had theaccount for at least a year before I even put any info on it. We (my account) mostly went on it so we would know what the fuck we were talking about when we explained it to clients. However, that changed. I realized that it is a good way to keep in touch with collegues. In Advertisign you make your monety by going from agency to agency so FB is a good way to keep in touch as well as network yourself. Same as LinkedIn. I've actually gotten jobs and accounts off of LinkedIn so I do know it works.

then dont put a lot of info about you up there then. it's good to stay connected with out of state relatives and friends. seeing pics of their kids, etc. anything more than that is at your own risk
