What happened to Tripster's Stock thread?

He had some nice picks in there. COIN did good for me but I didn't sell soon enough so that was a bite in the ass...I basically played PAL the way I shoulda played COIN and that's been working (basically averaged all the way down instead of running scared).

I been sitting on ATNP for a couple years (formerly ATNO), and it's been going crazy this summer. The only thing that pissed me off about this one is I sold half my shares to break even, only to see the stock shoot up like a comet the very next day! Right now I'm playing on the houses money, so I'm going to just let it ride out...but if anybody wanted in, check this out http://community.icontact.com/p/stockseeker/newsletters/com/posts/nebula-update-on-atnppk

It's been slowly creeping back up over the past couple weeks, now to wait for the news coming on the 3rd.

i'm down to get a new thread going. i've been playing penny stocks for a couple months. make anywhere from 50 dollars on a bad week to 250 on a good week. that ANTP news seemed to have little effect on the stock so far. LFBG had news this morning of putting more games into wal mart and it shot up like 50%. it could be a good play monday as well. POPN could see the same rise as rumors float of a venture with wal mart. i'm keeping an eye out on that one. I have several i like for next week. gonna study some charts this weekend though before i release any type of list.

BTW, anyone following CIT Group? They've been on the pink sheets since Dec 02, I think. They announced today that they will be coming out of bankruptcy soon, but all common and preferred stock will be cancelled. Ouch that sucks for anyone holding on to citgq.

Yeah ATNP speculators are waiting on more big news before they bite. Preorders for service start tomorrow, Actual service launch is early Jan. Couple weeks ago hit a low of .0009 and .0045 in a matter of a couple weeks. I'll keep yall posted if there's anything else to look out for.

I see that the new sports drink that T.O. is endorsing did well the last few days once news broke. i think it's BGEM..They start doing commercials on super bowl sunday i think. Gonna keep an eye on it but not expecting much as it may be a pumper stock right now. also, whats with the ATNP dividend on jan 11

Yo...I'm not too sure about how the payout will work. You're basically getting 1 share of ATNP's subsidiary, GoTV, for every 1000 shares of ATNP stock you own. The only thing now is, GoTV is privately held, so no one knows how much the shares are worth. We'll have to see how it plays out once they officially get issued. Oh yeah, up 41% today lol

ive been looking at who to use on some penny stocks the spot i was using wants a mint to fuck with penny stocks, who do you guys suggest i sign up with.

well i use zecco. they trade everything. of course you get what you pay for but all i need is a platform to place trades. i got in on MEVT today and was up 28%...i expect to be up another 20-30% at least on monday.. easy money folks. get in where you fit in..

OK I did some more research...once you get those shares, you will basically get a quarterly dividend to your account that reflects GoTV's quarterly profits. Happy Holidays everybody !

anybody have any good knowledge of foward splits. I am one that thinks splits are a bad thing. MEVT, which i just made about 28% profit off of and should make even more Monday, will be having a 3.5/1 foward split come january 24..the last split i was a part of dropped 80%. can anyone comment on foward splits and what to look for. MEVT is trading at .50 right now. the 52 week high is 1.30 and people in the know think it can hit 3-4.00 during 2010. I'd hate to get out at .75 while this thing hits 5.00

I am still here bruh. Question for you guys. When I was playing the penny stocks, tax time became a pita due to keeping track of all the transactions. I was dealing with Ameritrade. They had general records, but doing taxes still sucked. How do you guys maintiain your records when doing many transactions?

Its good to know brothers were on it like that. I'm still trading, but not nearly as much as I did before the late 2008 debacle. I honestly did not see that coming, and everything seemed to fall from the sky. Now, the market isn't performing in a logical fashion. Taking it easy on the trading until later this year, probably 4th quarter.

Certainly didn't mean to leave the brothers hanging! The thread took off on its own and a lot of cats were joining in and getting good info and tips.

I agree, that we need to get that back in effect.
