I haven't read the book, but I did see the doc online. I agree with the concept though. I've always believed that what we put out in to the universe is what we get in return. I think we create and cultivate our own energy due to things like where and with who we hang and our own general disposition and attitude. So, in order to change what we receive we may need to change what we give...

the funny thing is i used to do some of its methods before even being of aware of it as a kid. I still practice it to this day. But just remember what you think and say on a daily basis can become a reality whether it is positive or negative.You have the option.
