~600,000 per month mortgage!


The fucking maintenance, house, and grounds keeping staff and expenses I guarantee you are at least $1MM per year. At fucking least!

nice crib but i agree it we be a money pit. Nobody needs that much shit. the upkeep on the crib has to be a 50k a month, not to mention the property taxes and insurance. Even if you got it, you wont have it long, and good luck trying to off it if shit goes bad all of a sudden.

They buy houses and decorate them like this because much of that "wack shit" is handcarved and handcrafted. One off stuff that's classic Victorian, Baroque, Italianiate that never goes out of style and will only go up in value.

When you drop $50MM plus on a home, you don't want to get stuck in some trendy shit that you can't unload later down the road. Or worse, because it was so custom to YOUR taste, you can't really get your money out of it.
