I have a question... what ways can I generate revenue from my blog... The blog that I have created is mainly a listing of funny vids and new hip hop videos, beef vids, or anything that I find others might be interested in. MOst of the vids are youtube videos but I have chosen youtube because i have a Tmobile g1 and alot of people that go to my site have Tmobile g1 phone and youtube videos are the only videos that can be streamed to the G1. Any help would be appreciated, or any ideas of companies to partner up with for affiliate programs to help generate some revenue..

aight i could use a little help.
I manage a blog. The joints been online coming up on two years now. Got an Alexa rank of around 166,000 and a google pagerank of 3. We get about an average of 250-300 visits per day. I recently made some moves to try and monetize this joint.
Right now i have Adsense, Text Link Ads, and Adbrite on there.
Adsense - that shit is ass. Barely get any clicks and when i do.. i dont get much for them
Adbrite - aside from the inline ads.. the other joints are kinda wack as well. All the modules i try to set up dont seem to work. Instead of displaying ads all it shows is a square that says "advertise here"

Its pretty broad as far as content goes seeing as how there are so many guest bloggers/contributors. Ranges from Hip Hop News/Culture, Movies, Events, TV, Kicks, politics, etc.

I got into making websites a few months ago. I made about 200 a month for a few months. But now, adsense has gone ass. My advice is get into affiliate marketing. Sign up with an affiliate, pick a product, make a niche website specifically from that product using wordpress or joomla, review sites are good...you can add reviews you see elsewhere (newegg, product sites). Fake names...etc. Make sure your seo is good, add a review or article a day. Go to the next product and website, promote and submit your articles to get you rankings up... rinse and repeat. There are also ways to automate the product...but your site may look like ass. It's best to get legit people hooked on your site...people who are looking specifically for the product from your affiliate. Long tail keywords are the key to starting out.

Well I got some things going with the web already and looking to tap into that mobile $$$$
Currently I just use Goog Adsense... I find it better to use only them and then sign up for other sites that generate traffic.
Here is my tip for the bloggers: every other week or so I post a political post to get Goog to show political campaigns... then when folks click I make on average a dolla a click *winks*
