I got BJ. I been watching his training...BJ is motivated. This nigga BJ bought a 10K device to surround his bed so it is like sleeping at high altitudes. He's got the money to waste and training full time with a great camp. But don't forget GSP is with Greg Jackson (IIRC, or at least part-time) and they are good gameplanners. But you can't game plan for BJ.

Ok I'm trying to learn how to bet on the fights but i don't know how to read the odds. what does "Lesnar -140/Mir +200" mean when I'm placing a bet
Depends. If it's less than say 1000, I'll go on Betus.com, but they have a limit, so I have fam in Vegas that can place my shit for me at whatever casino has the best odds. But Betus is the best site I've seen, better than Bodog and sportsbook and they have good bonuses. And their payouts are a little faster too.

Aight. If the odds are Lesnar -140 and mir +200. When there is a negative sign in front of the number, that's how much you will have to bet in order to win 100. So if you bet 140 on Lesnar, you will win 100 plus your original bet of 140 for a total of 240. If there is a plus sign in front of the number, that's how much you WIN if you bet on that person, so if you bet 100 on Mir, you would win 200 plus your original bet of 100 for a total of 300.
Sometimes you'll see Ev. which means even and what you bet is what you win, basically doubling your money. I should make a betting MMA thread in the sports section. But I gotta go.

what we're seeing now is a transition away from the lidells, rampages and wanderlei fighting styles and toward the guys who are mobile, defensive and have excellent countering

Yea, UFC has seen the ground artists (Gracie) and the strikers (Liddell).
But good movement has always separated the explosive fighters from the dominant. BJ Penn and Frank Shamrock were guys who had it all. Shamrock retired and BJ Penn can get lackadaisical. He is a beast though. I remmeber him calling out Wanderlei when he was at the peak of PRIDE.
If you have soild ground--jiu jitsu pr wrestling--plus good kicks and decent hands, you will be hard to beat.

Indeed,though I'd rather see Machida vs. his friend Anderson Silva. Weight is not an issue.
Forrest is good but he will never have the fluid movement of Evans. Think Kelly Pavlik.
I thought Shogun Rua would do it but he gassed and was beaten by the bigger stronger better conditioned fighter.
