i think you're out of luck. i made a post about this months ago

sitegrinder has not been cracked.
i believe sitegrinder needs your photoshop serial in order to work. and if your photoshop is pirated, well there you go.
even if you buy sitegrinder your photoshop better be legit, otherwise......its a wrap.
