Here's my 5 Topic Suggestions...
1. Any Given Sunday (i.e. tell how you can beat your opponent on any day of the week)
2. Caption This (i.e. post a pic and let opponents use it against each other)
3. Head-to-Headliner (i.e. start with a news headline... let both opponents create their own stories to go with it)
4. Studio Session (i.e. post an instrumental track that both opponents will write to)
5. No Holds Barred (i.e. free-for-all rhyme skills. Music tracks are optional.)
Choose randomly.

Matinee Massacre - Use references to different movies and movie characters in your rhymes
Sci-fi Scenario - Create a story line or make references to events or objects from either scientific history/future or science fiction lore... Ex: Lupe's verse from Spray Paint
Alphabet Slaughter - Create a masterful rhyme using the alphabet
The Battlefield - Shane had a thread that used this concept before, but I think in these circumstances it would be even better...create a rhyme incorporating your knowledge of warfare and militaristic intelligence
Elemental Control - Create a rhyme in such a way that you use the elements, whether they be the 4 elements everyone is accustomed to (wind, water, earth, fire) or the table of elements (Phosphorus, Oxygen, Carbon, etc.)
