You didn't "live through it". You watched it on television. And we ALL know you can believe EVERYTHING you see on television.
I was on Wikipedia last night reading about the international space station. One of the issues they said they have is life support dysfunctions as well as radiation sickness even though they are far below the Van Allen belts. If they in 2008 are having the same issues of discomfort aboard a modern space station, then how could they have easily made it then with inferior technology from the 60's/70's????

The need of secrecy for The Manhattan Project was obvious. Where your logic falls short is the Atomic Bomb wasn't a hoax or a conspiracy. Neither are the moon landings. There's nothing wrong in you disbelieving that Whitey didn't go to the moon. The problem is in you believing that those of us who know the truth are fools and are blind sheep, so having a meaningful debate with you is pointless. The Manhattan Project became common knowledge long ago and yet, here it is 40+ yrs. later and no reputable person that actually worked on a moon landing hoax has come forward.
And the lies you listed (WMDs in Iraq, Grenada, COINTELPRO) were lies but they were known to be lies when the gov't told them. In relationships it's called "The Official Story".
