Rudi is not a good back, and he isn't in any kind of shape. Rudi was insurance in case of injury. Kevin Smith is a big gamebreaker and I think Rudi will get Chester Taylor type carries. Rudi can't do this....

PC had Tom Brady and she has Kurt Warner as her backup. I got Matt Ryan up for trade PC, he had a great game.
I had Brady and Kurt Warner is my backup. And actually, Warner had a pretty good game...but we'll see.
I'm glad I didn't pick Brady in any of my other leagues...I would really be screwed.

Basically, it was two blowouts as Team Fuck U and the Finishers mollywhopped their opponents.
I'mRonBurgundy vs I Must BREAK You
I'mRonBurgundy pulled off the slimmest of victories as Tom Brady went down in the 1st quarter, but Reggie Bush and Andre Johnson's performances helped her pull out a win. And drafted pick Dwayne Bowe, whose selection was highly questioned on draft day, came through in the clutch. A shitty performance by David Garrard, Ocho STINKO, and the MIN def is what cost them the win. If I were the owner of both of these teams, I would be looking to trying to acquire Matt Ryan.
Dirty Republicans vs Uncle Ruckus
If the GOP's performance is any indicator as to the November elections, look for Obama to sweep McCain from Maine to Hawaii. Both teams played shitty, especially Carson Palmer for the GOP, but they say DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS and Ruckus' selection of the TEN def proved valuable as they scored more than his QB.
The Wolfmasters vs B.D. Bombers
Not all the ladies fared well in the league. The Wolfmasters had some underwhelming perfomances. I know the GM must be disappointed, but it's ok, she has fabulous boobs. The Bombers were saved by one thing...McNabb, McNabb, McNabb. Wow, what a game. He outscored her 3 WRs, 2 RBs, and all her defensive players.
Nothing much to say about the last two matchups..they were blowouts. BAD blowouts, especially considering the Wolverines got triple the projected points with Michael Turner. He won't be doing that every week.
We'll be back later on in the week for Week 2 analysis and Week 1 awards. Congrats to the winners.
