People posting right now...how much money did you make today so far???? +

Shit...there were some cats I think from Jersey that were doing it...they sold it to them mom and pop type gas stations/convenience stores...they were making millions...but I think what they were doing was buying gas out there which was cheaper and then going to New York and reselling it for more than they obviously paid but the prices still beat NY prices...

Aww man... Thats some Tony Soprano shit...I wish i could pull off something like that:angry:

Which is why i definitely can't have a nigga as a boss....

I'm not a nigga I'm a black man. But on the real white people hate working for me. That's how I know Obama is going to go through some shit. White people never respect someone over them of another race. They always think you are incompetent or screwing them over.

My Supervisor (He's hispanic) whenever he tells me someone filled out an application, He says "Boss you're not going to like this one".....LOL.

I dont wanna pry Drayonis, But what kind of business do you have?

For the few who want the glasses i'm in clayton county,Ga and i can give you 50% off the frames and lenses.

Leroy Soup Nutz those frames you want are Drill Mounts and our company is real bitchy about taking outside frames like those but we have some that you might like in my store, but we dont sell Cartier, but i can give you the coupon and take it to one of our other location probably in Buckhead and see what you like there

BeatDownRecords that company probably paid $20 for those lenses and $65 for the frame, the mark up is ridiculous and people need glasses and contacts thats why i'm praying i pass this test Sunday and the next one in Nov. to start my own lab and tax people too

But i'll always show love to the BGOL Fam:dance:

I'm rocking these right now

Yeah I like those...I have always worn a pair that has the traditional colored frames...and I have always gone with silver/chrome since it can go with anything...but the frameless joints eliminate all that...I'd like a black or silver though over that woodgrain shit...

Shit the name doesn't mean jack shit to me...it's the style I like... ...I am overdue for a trip to ATL...if I get serious about coming out there...I will PM you for the info...I am pretty sure I can get those style of glasses out here...but fukk it...if I am going to be in the area...I might as well get a hook up and support a brother one time...

My 9-5 is a Optical Lab manager, making these glasses at a major retail chain. I'm taking a test Sunday to become a licensed optician, plan on opening my own optical shop here in the metro Atlanta area, the mark up on lenses and frames is anywhere from 200-300%.:D

P.S holla at me if you need soome prescription glasses or shades.

I'm rocking these right now

i'm in investments... made $140k last month, so as wyclef said, i'll be gone til november... but on the side i'm always hustlin...

- i make/sell mixtapes (i don't make much on this, its more a labour of love)
- print/sell t-shirts (make shirts of whoever artists is in concert and stand outside and rake in the money. after a concert people are just itching to spend money.
- ebay (where i make my money is on shipping... my bro get 85% off with fedex... and it gets there in 2 days or less, so i have a lot of repeat customers.
- poker (fuck online poker... find some cash games and practice)

and i recently bought a condo in downtown toronto... i was planning to flip it, but i'm really starting to like the idea of living here... at least for a couple years. it'll be complete in november 2010.

Thats great man, make that money.

I have been somewhat interested in this, I wanna know how much experience is required to do good at this? You go to college for it or what? Im willin to put in work, and I don't think Im interested in stuff like Cash Crate. Im lookin more for a job, but would settle for a side hustle
I am very busy with school crazy hours like I got classes from 8-12 and then 3:30-6 5 days a week hard to find a job with those hours.
Making cash online would be good for any hour in the day, plus during the summer I have a couple online classes (to save gas money) which also have crazy times but wouldn't be a problem if I made money from the computer

For the dude who started the ebay thing. How did you start that? My brother wants to do that first starting off selling small stuff he got then branching off, but idk how well that would work.

About doing the craigslist thing, it sounds better than ebay ya know without the fees but I figure its riskier there, ya know, more likely for someone to get cheated, although I think a buyer is more likely to get cheated than a seller.

about $100 selling porn dvds at the Flea market would have been more if the Asians weren't here under cutting me with there bootleg stuff

Sorry to Chop up your statement like that but this Is what applied to me. I'd also like to hear what the Dude has to say about making this type of work happen for Us.

yo desert eagle i don't make fliers i juss take pics for them.. i deal with a lot of exotic dancers who juss so happen to need pics for birthday flyers, party flyers, upgrading myspace and various other internet pages, some who want to upgrade there portfolio for other projects..also be shooting videos for them to for personal use or portfolio.. i also get other gigs with parties and other venues.nice lil revenue but i need to upgrade my skill level as far as this internet shit and graphic arts cause that's where the real guap is at

so did everyone else i went to college with,,, i'm sure it's coming, they just haven't found it yet,,,

that's one of the misleading hopes that college sells to it's customers, i mean students

damn... that's sad but so fucking true. You will learn that 4 years in an industry will pay you way more then 4 years of learning about an industry. Unless you're gonna be a lawyer or doctor then you need experience > education. With that being said get your education just don't have to high off the bat expectations.

Art Business. I train and employ, caricature, airbrush and face painting artists at multiple entertainment and themed locations around Texas. I used to be at Six Flags Astroworld for a few years until they closed. Had to rebuild my whole business....but right now life is sweet.

I make about 10k a month. Not sure what that breaks down to for one day. Thats including lots of OT. I work for a top 10 law firm in NYC. I am in charge of the Conflict of Interest process. Meaning, I confirm with Partners what clients they can take on. I alert them of the risk involved with working with certain companies and individuals. I also let them know who we can not do business with because we may be on the other side of the company/individual in the court room.

This is my 9-5. I don't do anything else on the side (i would like to). I have been involved in this field for a little over 10 years.

When people talk about certain companies buying others, I usually already know about it, but I am not allowed to talk about it. I could be sued and/or lose my job and/or pay a fine.
