Wright was a non-issue. No one was talking about him. Yes there were some grumblings that the republicans were going to bring him up in the general, but Obama's speech totally diffused the Wright issue.
There was no bus for Wright to throw himself in front of. He did no one any favors with his performance and media tour. No one.
Watch dog, it was right for him to get elected. it may piss a few folks off temporarily, but in the long run, it was the right choice. Obama even baited McCain by saying it was a legit political issue and made McCain blow his wad prematurely.

I agree, i think wright intentionally dissed Obama so that Obama would have to distance himslef even more. The first speech wasnt enough, and i think this time denouncing him will win back some of the white voters that were offended by the whole thing. But its a sad day indeed for the black community as we see a respected black preacher and a black presidential nominee get bashed by the media

These dudes are brilliant, my hats of to them, i have a new found respect for the people in his inner circle because they are on a whole other playing field.

* Obama came out of nowhere to lead
* raised more money than all the republicans combined
* turned devout followers of the most well loved Democrat president against him.
* shitted on his legacy
* Then smacked the shit out of his wife for 14 contests.
* Has 80-90% black support without being the "black guy"
* won more states, delegates, and popular vote than the most well known candidate richest popular assumed front runner.

That is what really made me think more about this. You don't get to this point by not having a brilliantly thought out campaign... what Obama is doing is historic..and though his campaign has made mistakes, they've also shown some real brilliance and foresight... and after really sitting back and thinking about it on some Art of War shit....this could all be a strategic ploy

The Italians are very good at this. They just don't publicize things like this. We all have to remember that this is the only issue they HAVE ON OBAMA; Rev. Wright. Real bad boys move in silence. If you look back at all the data points, debates etc....Hillary was done in Iowa.
We should have class in here; think about all the intricacies that makes a good campaign. The guy’s campaign has raised money like the cancer foundation. I’m not completely sold, but there are theories that could point to this brilliant move by two intelligent black men. Wright laid it down at the NAACP, and especially before the Q & A of the press conference.
If this theory were to be true, the phone call or meeting went like this:

(Rev) Yo this chick from the Hillary campaign is asking me to go to a National Press information conference…….
