Sleep Paralysis after watching porn

Don't try to fight it, just go back to sleep.

How can you go back to sleep when you're scared  I mean if you wake up and you can't move, also add that you feel like something else is in the same room as you....tell me how you're supposed to brush it off and go back to sleep as if everything is as easy as Sunday morning?

Crazy shit is.. i dont EVER have dreams like that. Normally i have no dreams.. when i do its either something strange but not bad... or a bad dream thats REALLY obvious from jump. For example.. in my bad dreams, the doors sometimes are too small for the door frame... thus the locks will not work if i need them. I see this shit in advance by now and just pass on the dream. Before i figured out how to peacefuly end my dreams... i used to have to climb a high tree.. or building or find a window and jump face first. That was a surefire way to end those dreams.

So back to it, that dream felt 100% real from start until the end when i paniced. Otherwise i would have ended it.

So you're essentially having lucid dreams in a sense. Other than being able to exit a dream at will I have been able to control my dreams in some instances and dictate what I wanted to happen.

real talk here..anybody ever dream of falling? I do it all too often and it scares the shit outta me..the other day i woke up sweating (from thinking i was falling off an intersection overpass in my dream)
OK, heres something i expereienced that i have never mentioned to anyone. Its along the lines of falling while asleep but slightly different. Has anyone had a dream of falling, only to be awoken by their body actually slamming down on the bed!?!

It happened to me. When i awoke, the bed was still vibrating (bouncing) and my body was settling down. I had the distinct feeling of having been dropped down on the bed. I spent a large part of that day trying to convince myself that there was another explaination for what happened or that imagined it. It didnt work though. I know what i felt and it was real.

Has that ever happened to anyone??

DAMN SMOKE... This used to happen to me a lot as a kid.... I would wake up with dozens of scratches on my body!!! around 5 or 6 years old...:yes: still happens from time to time...

same thing with me. I wake up with scratches and whats worse, bruises all on my arms and forehead. up until recently i was sleeping in the same bed with my ex and she says that im not thrashing violently or anything. so i guess im not doing it to myself. Ive been checked out by a physician and im 100 percent healthy, so if its not some strange disease i cant figure out what it is. as far as the original topic, im starting to think that it has something to do with breathing. everyone that ive known thats had this happen to them has had some kind of breathing problem ranging from sleep apnea, to asthma. perhaps theres a deficiency in oxygen to the brain. im almost certain that this will cause the hallucinations and probably wake some people up, while others are stuck in between sleep and wake. the only thing that i cant explain is the feeling that there is someone else in the room. My cousin told me once that when she has it shes floating above her body and can see herself sleeping. i dont know what to make of it honestly.

Yeah that shit use to freak me out until I found out it was an actual sleep disorder. But I got so use to it that i just learned to deal with it. I rarely experience it now but it use to happen a couple of times a month when i was younger.

TRUE story, ive never told this on the internet. i spoke earlier in this thread about how when i was around 14 years old, i had a experience in which i believe i was abducted. let me go over it again in more detail because its gonna lead to something else i wanna convey. when i was about 14 years old, i was laying WIDE AWAKE in my bed at my grandmother's house, reading the sports page. my head was PROPPED up on a pillow. i wasnt drowsy or sleepy at all. all of a sudden, i felt very relaxed, in a euphoria, and felt myself floating thru clouds. i then heard myself say to myself "thank you jesus, thank you jesus". then i heard a demonic voice say "no, no", just like in the movies. next thing i knew, i felt a electrical vibration in the room, then felt pressure on me holding me on the bed, and i could distinctly feel beings around me. now, im trying to get up out of the bed but cannot. i try and scream but cannot scream. then, all of a sudden, im able to bolt up out of the bed and i run and tell me grandmother that the devil tried to get me. she said i had was having a nightmare, but i know i was wide awake when this incident started.

now, over the next few years, i would periodically have these paralysis episodes, but i would always fight them off. i also started getting this buzzing noise in my ears, during the day time.i could be outside and all of a sudden, i hear this buzzing in my ear, as if i have walked into a electrically charged zone. this continued up into my early 20s, before i started drinking alcohol. when i was in the military, these paralysis episodes continued.

now, this is where it gets really weird. my father didnt raise me, but i started visiting him pretty regularly around 16 years old. i remember once he was sitting down, getting high, and he told me he was from another planet. i thought he was talking crazy because of his drug use, so i never took his shit seriously. He even told me once about how him and a girl was up on a mountain and he saw some lights in the sky come towards him. He says he doesnt remember everything that happen after that, but that the girl remembers the incident of seeing the lights come at them.

after i left the military, i would still have the episodes, but they were few, and i could fight them off pretty quick before they became full blown episodes. my wife at the time, she started asking me about the scratches on my back. i would get offended, because i knew i wasnt cheating on her, and would blow this off. i have sensitive skin, and started thinking that maybe i was scratching myself on the sheets when i sleep, even thou this doesnt explain the fact i have a shirt on. she would bug me about this periodically. we got divorced after 6 years and i got remarried. my new wife started asking me the same shit, getting on my nerves. i was spending a lot of time with my dad now and we would discuss current events and the world. he would always still bring up the lights and shit, tell me hes from another planet. then, one day, he had me feel a small metal plate in the back of his head, he said that he has never had surgery, but that something is in his head. i FELT this shit. then, he blew me away, he asked me about my wife and ex wife, he said, i had never spoke to him about this before " do they ask you about the scratches on your back?" THATS when i knew this shit had to be some abduction stuff. i remembered reading where aliens abduct family members and it all made sense to me then. it explained why i always felt that i could see things that most people cannot see, the government corruption and all the other bullshit that we are fed. i actually went thru a period of my life where i couldnt watch tv or listen to the radio, because i know that stuff was trying to PROGRAM me, thats why they call them TV PROGRAMS. anyway, thats my story.

I had this happen a couple of times when I was a kid. In each case it followed my having forced myself awake during a nightmare. If you weren't paralyzed while dreaming, you'd be punching walls and running around like a freshly decapitated chicken. In less than a minute, although it seemed longer at the time, I was able to move. Additionally, those instances of paralysis were accompanied by hypnopompic hallucinations. While I was, for the most part, awake, I was still in the periphery of the dream state.

If this has ever happened to you, and you thought that someone was in the room etc., that's what it was, a hypnopompic hallucination. The opposite of the very common hypnagogic hallucinations that almost everyone has whilst dozing off.

I'm sure that some of you irrational fairytale-believing nitwits will have a range of embarrassingly childish supernatural explanations for this mundane occurrence. Niggas, :smh:

THANK YOU!
It's all in your head people, your brain is creating all these physical perceptions (thru the use of your 5 senses). I've enjoyed reading all these funny interpretations though.

The next time you have sleep paralysis and are having a "nightmare", you have to become aware that not too long ago you attempted to fall asleep. You were most likely successful and are now dreaming. Once you are aware of this, you can control of what is going on (or better yet, CHANGE what is going on). Remember, it's not real unless your brain makes it real.

Knowing is half the battle!

Your cousin had an out of body experience.

Compelling story. I have no way of knowing if you are being actually abducted but you and your father show the classic signs. According to UFO abduction folklore you're right about it being something that occurs to certain families over generations, this has something to do with your genetics. If your father has no recollection of the events that took place after seeing the lights than he was likely taken.

And if your father really has some sort of metal plate in his head that he cannot explain than you to more than likely have an implant somewhere on your body. That serves as a tracking device. The crazy thing is these type of things have been found in people and its odd because the body doesn't produce a inflammatory response, which it is supposed to do when a foreign object enters the body. Instead muscle and tissue grow around the object as if it were organic.

Now if you really want to go deep into the rabbit hole you should get x rayed to see if there is actually any physical evidence of such a device.

never thought about the xray thing. it may be worth a shot, the thing is thou, i dont get the buzzing anymore, so, they may not be monitoring me anymore, but its still worth looking into.

I used to suffer from this shit every night. Just sleep on your stomach and elevate your head higher than the rest of your body and trust me when I say I don't even get them anymore. That shit was super creepy.

You should definitely look into it if you really want to know if you're right. They could possibly be done monitoring you and have gotten everything they need from you, but you never know.

I always sleep on my side and stomach and it still happens to me.

The elevation of your head is the key. Real deal, I read on a message board that people who are prone to getting this, the chemical that your brain releases to paralyze you while you sleep so you won't hurt yourself doesn't flow right and gets almost "caught up" and doesn't flow right because your head is lower than your body. The paralyzing effect is what you feel when you can't move but are conscious and try to consciously make sure your head is elevated and you should be good.

I usually catch that shit if I take a mid-day nap. That's not often though, more back in college. It never happens after I've layed down for the night, so time of day has something to do with it for me.

DEMONS.

I co-sign with Mr. O on this one. I've had it happen to me a few times. Its a scary feeling, definitely more to it than the medical explanation. Demons are real that's all I gotta say.

hmmm, i knew it, that buzzing i used to get in my ears. here is a snippet from a article about someeone who found a tracking device:

http://educate-yourself.org/mc/earimplantsandreptilians28mar04.shtml

In the holistic healing circles that I move in, ear implants seem to be pretty common. They are found both in metaphysical types and "normal" folks who aren't interested in any kind of spiritual practice. Sometimes they show up in the ear, other times they are around the outer edges of the ear where the ear meets the skull. Some have been found that are almost like "earpieces," because they wrap around the outer edges of the ear.

Some of these have been "etheric," composed of non-physical substances. Others are electronic and cause weird buzzing and hissing sounds in the ear, or, more commonly, a single high-pitched sound.

I have OBE every night. I learned to control it. I dont tell many people but its cool. I get to do alot of shit like walk through walls go outside. I meditate before going to sleep then get up when I feel my legs relax. I used to be scared but fuck it I look forward to it. Sounds crazy but its true.

Yup happens to me too I just fight for how long it takes for me to wake up. I know it just me and no one else there but I fear if I don't fight it I won't wake up and some crack head will come in and clean out my apartment.

Now can someone tell me why whenever I have dreams where I am holding my breath I always wake up needing air? :smh: Happening a lot lately.

Called Sleep apnea

 @ this whole thread
fuck! interesting shit never happens to me!
Why does my life have to be so explainable, why cant I get abducted?
I might not be this naive if my damn life wasn't so mundane
