i dont get it ladies please explain

Ya'll killin' me in this thread :roflmao::roflmao2::roflmao3::lol:
I'm still pretty confused about what he was tryin' to ask:dunno:but just don't bring up personality cuz apparently he doesn't wanna hear about that shit:smh:

A person is more than looks. LS you could've stopped right here. This is the answer to the question, people are more than just looks. How they carry themselves makes all the difference in the world. Remember the old "Sister, Sister" series with the twins? One girl was for whatever reason just sexier than the other. Hair style? Personality? Who's to say? Why is Diana Ross not as well liked as Patti LaBelle?

It has everything to do about a persons character, those attributes that make us all different. I say this because its really not always about personal looks. A person can be the most beautiful/handsomest person you've ever seen but it means nothing if that person's personality sucks.

I get the feeling the OP may have been vying for someone's affections and that "someone" selected somebody else the OP felt they were better than. Thus the request, "please dont give me no personality bullshit."

No doubt.

I'm usually captured by a personality trait myself. The way she walks with confidence, maybe a certain poignancy in her logic. Of course, I'd be lying if I didn't speak on looks, it is just that looks aren't enough to keep me around. Sex ain't neither...

And unfortunately for me, the most important thing, is what takes the longest, sometimes...lol...to weed out...and that is character. I definitely agree with what I believe to understand of what you have written, and I think there is a subtle difference between "personality" and "character".

A person can have the most enlightening charm, and humble attitude, but be a habitual liar. Another one could be loud and obnoxious, but they could be extremely loyal. Farrakhan said that Hitler was,"...wickedly great...". I hope I'm making myself clear here...been a long night...lol...and probably too weary to discuss semantics at length...

You know what, I've seen, and done(lol), some strange things on BGOL. And have read through some of the most garbled "english" one could read through. There was "something" about this thread...

I agree with you and would add, and I've been known for oversights in judgment and reading way too much into a post, and I'm not trying to offend, but possibly, there is a comparison to self in those images...who knows...

The OP has yet to own up to this...
