Yup, it's shit like this, along with the failed marriage, the psycho ex girlfriends, the bullshit at the bars, the bitch that broke my nose for no reason, and so forth that have made me decide to stay celibate. The joy of sex isn't worth the bullshit that goes along with it.

Awwwwwww poor little guy ... this IS how is starts though ... most men only need one heartbreak to start acting like assholes to all women:smh: ... women usually endure more pain before they get bitter:angry:

That's because men have a LOT more to lose from a heartbreak than women do

Please explain how ... I would think any person with a heartbreak would feel the same way ... it's understandable when a woman has met alot of dogs to have a jadded opinion of men(not that I do) ... but for a man to label all women bad cuz of one bad girl(which he normally would meet in like highschool or sometime long ago like that)is not fair:smh:

Umm, couldn't this be like the way after figure skating, track or gymnastic meets they give flowers to the competitors? Maybe the little girl just didn't follow the script and that set off the high strung little boy.

I think the main board is mostly full of school yard fronting myself.

You're talking about feelings I'm talking about reality. A man and women break up, she gets the house, car, furniture, kids, bank accounts and a large monthly stipend. Men get a studio apartment (if they're lucky) and an old Ford Escort. Can you imagine working and slaving your whole life away, fighting to realize your dreams while being a good man and provider just to wake up alone with nothing because you had the audacity to take on a partner?

After that take a look at your friends. See a bunch of good hard working men get destroyed not only emotionally but financially because their women left them out in the cold. Look again at the dudes who didn't get kicked out but are begging for someone to put a bullet in their head because their dream girl turned into a fat demanding bitch that runs their lives like an Auschwitz Brownshirt. Wouldn't you be just a little bit jaded?

Yeah, theres happy relationships that work out and last for years, but they are the exception not the norm. In my opinion they aren't worth the risk either. It's almost like taking that first hit of cocaine. Sure there's a lot of good times and wild parties. It may even be functional for a while, but it's also an expensive habit that can have many negative consequences. Eventually you either shrug it off and pick up the pieces or you ride it out until it runs you into the ground.

Ironically they like you more when you're an asshole.

Actually I wasn't talking about a grown man having his heart broken ... I thought we were talking about the first heartbreak ... when you were a kid ... every guy I've ever met has that same story from when they were either in middle school or highschool where they got played out and now that's why they hate all girls and dog every girl out since then ... women will normally go through their teen years to their 20's with high hopes but then get sour after being dogged out a couple more times ... I stand by this

Sounds like you were talking from personal experiences ... sorry to hear about what you went through if that's the case ... I'll say that I haven't been hurt to that scale all at once but a couple of heartbreaks added up comes close ... I refuse to put down all men because of that though ... I still believe there is good out there(corny I know) and I'm not gonna hold all men accountable for a couple of bad seeds that I've met ... or my friends have met ... or my friends frie ... well you get the picture

Shit, if we were going to talk about high school heart breaks then I fully agree with you. I was ugly, awkward and generally unpopular in high school which led to some of the cruelest heartbreaks you could ever imagine. After graduation I moved to another city and quickly learned that nothing that happened back then mattered anymore in any respect (although it's still hard to write sincere love songs).

Despite this and all the shit that's happened since some of my best friends are women It's getting harder though because the older you get more of these ladies get married and start having babies. You get into some difficult situations where their men get jealous and suspicious. I've had to cut most of them off because the last thing you want to do is fuck up somebody's family over a late night phone call.

So no, I haven't given up on all women either. I've just given up on the idea of having another relationship with one. I'd rather be that old dude in the club than that broke ass loser in divorce court, especially since I've got most of my shit back together.

Awwwwwww ... those mean little wenches:lol::smh: ... I don't know why that is too ... it's seems hard for people to maintain friendships with the opposite sex once a partner comes in the picture ... I hope I don't have that probelm if I ever get married cuz I've got guy friends from like the 2nd grade that I'm still close to ... I'd cry if I had to cut them off:( Ummmmmmm ... that's kind of still the same thing ... cuz now you're just gonna be fucking girls and that's not healthy for your mind, body, or soul ... you still need some companionship ... the kind only a special someone close to you can provide ... c'mon ... hold ya head up homie ... there are still good women out there ... I can almost guarantee that if you change your attitude and open your mind you'll meet a better calibre of women:yes:

I don't think you have to cut your friends off per se. What you do have to do is make it perfectly clear to your future husband AND to your friend where they both stand (cause even those way back friends are still going to hold out for SOME kind of hope). If your friend has a woman maybe arrange a double date. If he gets too affectionate or makes a come on, even jokingly put him in check publicly right in front of your man.

In my case though the woman I was friends with was in a very rocky marriage with a man who had four of her kids. Every so often he'd start grilling me over the phone. Our friendship was totally innocent, but I didn't want it to be the one thing that threw things over the edge and put those children in a broken home so I cut her off. As a rule, if I'm having a simple conversation with a married woman and she suddenly has to hang up the phone I make that the last call with her.

No problem...:D

Here's that story (posted in a previous sol thread)

I was a sucker before (and I didn't even get the pussy). It was in eighth grade, I bought my girlfriend at the time a cookie cake, and a silver necklace for christmas and took it to school. That heffa bought me some poker chips from Eckerd drug store, and I didn't even play cards:angry:. I was clowned unmercifully by my friends at school. That was the last time I played that simp role for a female...:lol:
