Just got a e-mail from Evil Angel about their DVD's being posted on this board. In the next 2-3 days I'll be deleting all of their stuff.

To be honest with you guys I'm burnt out on this fight, I don't know if BGOL will survive without the stolen content or not, to me it's not worth it anymore. When the board started I was getting hassled by the Photo websites, they don't give a damn anymore, but the DVD companies are on my ass, BGOL is a high profile target. It's not like this board is making any money anyway.

but thats just me....if this forum costs so much how bout mandatory for paid membership....I think to many are here just fucking it up for everybody but not willing to pay the min. $10.00

Just a suggestion HNIC is they not a paid member no more access....paid members have more incentive not to break the rules.

...and I think it will solve your money making problems on this board.
 
Btw, HNIC, Devoe faggot ass probably put Evil Angel onto posts of their movies. He probably figured they'd have more juice in having his films not being posted. All the fam has to do is to take it to pm. They don't realize they're fighting a losing battle. :smh:

remember some chick's "homegrown" pics got posted on here, and then some dude that knew her told her about it and she got in contact with hnic to get them removed also... if im not mistaken, she talked about suing bgol too...

I'm not going to close it but a lot of the DVD content will be removed, I don't know how popular the board will be when a good portion of the DVD content is gone.

I personally never download the shit, I'm in it for the information and laughs, but I don't think most folks are like me

HNIC just lock down the rest of the forums (WGOL, LGOL, AGOL and the Backup Board) so that the unregistered users can't snitch. Since you locked down the main forum, the lurkers moved on to those forums.

I understand what you mean HNIC. As much as I would hate for the board to go, but I would understand if it did. I mean, I'm not the one who has to monitor and get rid of the shit, and deal with motherfuckas telling you to take the shit down.

So her attorney asks so how did your nude pictures get online???....

She says I posted them on photobucket or stored them online???....

Attorney says I'm sorry you don't have a case!....

See if the pics are stolen and intentionally used to hurt you then maybe and I mean mabye you have a case...

But if you read YouTube, Photobucket, TinyPic and others TAC "terms and conditions"....they are not liable for your privacy....so what attorney in his right mind would go after the message board that doesn't moderate or slow moderates pictures these people put out there themselves.

The worse case scenario is they legally demand the member information IP and such to go after that individual member....but no message board that I am aware of has been successfully sued for it's members personal content(unless threatening) especially when it's pictures the broad knowingly took and made available online...

Just my bootleg legal opinion I am not an attorney.
 
Cant speak for everyone else but I will do my part and donate every month to support you bra. I enjoy tripping on what other people say onthis board and I have got my share of lets say things here. So why not donate for the cause? Just my 2 cents.

This board was popular back in the day when we had to wait forever to get the pics to load and nobody even had a dvd player yet. :lol:
 
You should also make it harder to get into BGOL. Some Bit torrent sites like Torrent Leech do random registrations. Make these cat's on SOHH cry. :lol::lol:

Sooo Tru....I crack up everytime somebody is telling me shit they heard on the news and I read the shit on BGOL the night before....

I have all kinds of info on the story folks say damn he's smart.....meanwhile they don't know I read a whole thread on the subject before it even made it to the news:yes:
