Lotsa good info here...thanks to all who contributed. My.02...don't be in a rush, especially for those just starting out. I can't tell ya how many times I've heard a person say how they wanted to get down to a cetain size/ weight in a few weeks, months. To do it right, it IS a lifestyle change. It took you x number of years to get outta shape, it's gonna take some time to get BACK into shape. Every year, I try to take my fitness/ diet to a higher level...in 08, cutting the alcohol...beer down to 2-3 per week...Corona's gonna feel the pinch:lol:

My cousin has paid before for the personal trainer...and she says an hour or 2 of vigorous sexercising with her trainer...3 times a week did as much as the machines...and was a lot more fun.

THe best workout doesn't require gym clothes.

I think I am allergic to Shea Butter, and that makes me very, very, very sad since I love how it makes my skin feels. And it didn't start when I first starting using it... but later on I realized it was whenever I applied Shea Butter I get like red hive-like blotches!!!

It depends how much fun you want to have with your workout.

My cousin was paying her trainer for a sex workout...and they had a private workout room reserved...and she says he'd give her a long hard very personal workout.

For your chest, you can do the same things a man does (presses, flys, cable crosses), just maybe for repetition, instead of weight. High reps, low weight.

Same things with arms.

LD, I know this...I've posted there before. Doesn't mean that on SOL we can't start a female-driven discussion thread on fitness and physical beauty though...

I was being serious. I didn't know there was a fitness board (or a photography board) until last week. I guessed you might not have known that either.
