actually it's half and half, remember Marlo told Chris and Snoop to do what they gotta do to get da nigga Omar out of hiding.....but at the same time, i think Meth offered to tell Chris where Butchie be at for the gwap he was given, and then Chris rounded up Snoop and did dat shit on the low.... you can tell by the conversation they was having i think either before they went to his bar or after they merked him, it seemed like Snoop was uncertain about it but Chris told her somethin along the lines of "well Marlo said he wants dat nigga out in the open" it was afterwards come to think of it, cause Chris was discussing how they had to live on the run while Marlo stays low-key i guess so he can merk Omar himself.....Question is "did" Marlo have butchie capped or did Chris and Cheese conspire to do that shit on the low

1. Marlo gave the order.
(But would prolly do it himself, if necessary.)
2. Next, he offered Prop Joe-n 'em 50 Stacks for Omar's whereabouts.
(or to anyone else who knew how to get @ him, or his peoples.)
3. Later, Meth gives up Butchie for the cheese - WITHOUT JOE's AUTHORITY / KNOWLEDGE.
(Remember, Prop Joe KNOWS EXACTLY how to get in touch cuz he's had several sit-downs wit Omar in the past. But he's wise-enough not to get involved ANY further knowing that either Marlo / Omar would drop him if shit ever backfired. Each would think he set-em up somehow. So Meth's actions do not bode well for future episodes, imo.)
4. Chris & Snoop finish Butchie @ his bar, while Marlo heads down 2 the Caribbean bank to check on his paper.
5. Now these 3 HAVE TO *split-up* 'cuz they know word will get back to Omar.
(Plus they ain't 100% sure he even left town... AT ALL.)
6. While Chris & Snoop *live on the run*, Marlo stays underground / quiet.
(Chris & Snoop need to stay mobile so they can put in work @ anytime, but more importantly ALL 3 prolly need to AVOID being all in one place @ the same time for too long - like how Prop Joe's crew all hang out @ the Repair Shop.)
7. Cuz Omar is *KING OF THE CREEP MISSIONS* and will surely *be brief wit all dem niggas*.

That's not what dude asked though. He's sayin' did Marlo want Butchie dead or is that some shit Chris and Snoop came up with. I don't think Marlo wanted dude dead. Now Omar is comin' for dude and Marlo has no idea from where. That's a fuck up on Marlo/Chris/Snoop's fault. I think Chris and Snoop realized they fucked up by killin' Butchie because they still don't know where Omar is and the only dude that knows they just shot him in the head. I don't think Marlo really gave a fuck whether they killed dude or not but I think he wanted to atleast find out where Omar was. Best shit for Marlo to do was just take the L and keep it movin'. Shit is gonna come back to bite him in the ass.
