And where did you read this?
I'd like to bring it up in class tomorrow.
Believe it or not i went to my local pizza guy who happened to be a crazy/angry Greek man who i always sit and have a chat with. We were talking about the world's economy and he just went into it.I do know that the Korean church in my old neighborhood had a program where members contribute weekly to an investment fund. When new families came from Korea, they were given some startup cash to get a place, clothes, car, etc...
When they wanted to start a business, they could access those funds again and they continue pay more and more into the fund once they become financially stable.
I've heard that there's a Chinese consortium in Chicago that does this too. It's a simple idea that I wish our community would adopt...
Bullshit...Cihines open businesses here and shuffle their money back to China....not to mention they despise blacks, but there's a Chinese restaurant on every other corner in the hood...Find your self worth people!!!
Asians do a better job of supporting their own communities. Let's also remember that an Asian immigrant can walk into a bank and get $50k - $150k business loans MUCH easier than your average black person. Access to capital plays a big part in grand scheme of things as well.

It's called a Kit, or something sounding like that. It's something similiar to a lottery. Where once a week a bunch of poor Koreans put a small amount of money in a pot and whoever picks the winning number wins the pot. Sometimes it's enough to start a business, and sometimes it's enough just to get a place to stay. They've been doing it for years. Black people need to wake up.
I'm familiar with that concept and this was very similar these folks weren't poor - they were mostly business owners, professionals, etc... and there was no lottery. There was a set schedule for when people could pull from the "fund" and newcomers just getting on their feet & those dealing w/ financial hardship had first priority. It's almost like an entire under the table banking system. The guy who explained it to me thought that all churches black, white & otherwise had the same type programs setup.
These programs have been around since forever, and vary depending on culture, religion, race, etc. But when it comes to black people, they flip them into Pyramid Schemes. The only place that Pyramid Schemes still exist are in Black communities.

they own most of MANHATTAN, THE SO-CALLED financial district of the world......Let's not kid ourselves, this is the ROMAN EMPIRE on television just crumbling.......what........did you think we were going to last forever........read your history.......
You lost me. I don't understand what you're saying about pyramids. You mean when our communities do it, it gets labeled as a pyramid scheme? Or are you saying our people get greedy and turn something potentially positive into something shady?

I meant the latter. Black people turn them into pyramid schemes. Remember those people that were selling cars for Jesus? Black churches ripped people off for millions. But really "cars for jesus" Only Niggas could have fell for that.![]()

It can help stimulate the American economy. The notion of foreigners coming here and creating businesses also exemplifies our (Negroes) inability to create thriving businesses of our own. I'm currently taking business classes in college and during my reading today, there was a statistic that 30% of Asians that emigrated here own there own businesses. Considering that 80, 000 businesses in the U.S. close shop every year, that 30% is a big number. All in all, the future for the average American is about to be pretty bleak.
