What unpopular opinions do you have?

I like this there should be much more and might actually be the future of real honest investigative journalism/media

The prices for a small place like that should be a crime.........:smh:

It's robbery how they scam people into buying these small apartment spaces which they could've gotten a mansion for a fraction of the cost in another country while still having money left in their pockets.

Let me say that it's not a safe place to live since people be getting robbed and shot down there. I'm lucky to still be alive since I had to go to temple in north philly back then not far from the hood where they also have those expensive apartments over there for crazy prices.......

Edit: Yeah, people be blind buying these apartments not doing their due diligence to hire an inspector to check the place out before making a decision on buying it.

No way I was gonna allow my son to go there. Shame too cause Temple has a phenomenal law school but I said it's either Rutgers or Penn State pal. He choose Rutgers. Penn State wanted him for golf. I'm still pissed he didn't go. But he wanted to be closer to home to see his grandmother when he wanted too. Couldn't fault him for that.

The cause of most slow traffic is due to someone driving Toyota/Lexus product.
Honda drivers are rude.
Most of the country's dumbest drivers live in the DMV.

Yeah, I can understand why you wouldn't allow your son to go to temple because of the location. That's why I told playahaitian that I'm lucky to still be alive especially when I had to go home at night because I was bless and lucky to get a ride home every time back then, that if I could do this shit all over again, I wouldn't had went to temple and would've went somewhere else that was safer.

Ya son loves his grandmother which is why he wants to be closer to her which is understandable as well.

I feel like your son made the right choice even though you preferred he go to another college but then again it's all about allowing to make their own choices to be happy of whaetver college they choose to go to.

So, if anyone that would want advice from me about temple, I would tell them to avoid going down there if they can.
