Could we handle finding out?

Radiocarbon dating proved humans have been around for over 100,000 years. But 80 years later young earth creationists still attack school boards for teaching it.

So what happens when we discover definitive proof humans had a non-abrahamic origin? What happens when we collectively realize the most powerful institutions in history were built on lies?

Desperate believers fighting for their identity. Churches mosques and synagogues clinging to power. Holy wars and bloodshed on an unimaginable scale.

Before we can know where we came from we have to be okay with not knowing. We're nowhere near that point yet.
