People keep hanging on this coach of the year thing, but Ron Rivera was coach of the year and got to the SB and Carolina got him outta there. I think Stefanski believes he's above being fired. I don't think Stefanski is making all the decisions here because he could just as easily put him on the Practice Squad if he's not ready and needs time to develop.
I never know what to believe with Stefanski so I thought he was in on the Flacco trade. I'm starting to think they are not playing Shedeur because he may just win some games. If nothing else, this team will have hope. They are not completely barren of talent. Jeudy is a shell of himself, but I think he may need to be traded as well and get a change in scenery to revitalize his career.
Sidenote: Bush has really made the come up on his channel. Not even mad at the brotha.

Their o-line is trash,. Ain't no QB doing well behind that. Shedeur would make better throws for sure, but they gone be looking the sack the shit outta him as long as he like to hold the ball.

Stefanski really wanted Pickett to be the starter that why him and The super computer took the most first team reps since OTA's....Flacco was basically there to motivate Pickett.
The O-line is trash. They can't pass and they commit a lot of pre-snap penalties.
Receivers can't catch to save their life. There's a reason,why the Broncos traded Juedy to the Browns. Also,the receivers get punched in the mouth when corners bump them.
Stefanski is the worse play caller in history. To call him an offensive genius is offensive. On top of never throwing the ball deep.
The owner thinks he's Jerry Jones even though he hasn't come close to the Superbowl.
He has to start soon. I think the give Dillion maybe one more start or 3 at the most. Dude was horrible

It's crazy people are defending him in the comments. That pass should have never been thrown. Hell,he was staring at the receiver the whole time. The slot receiver was more open than that receiver.
If shedeur threw a pass like that, them CACs would be having a field day talking shit about him.
