You never will hear me call phil Simms top 5 QB ever and you will never not hear me call phil Simms serviceable.. in fact than you for posting phil Simms cause he to threw more td passes than aikman and I also believe he threw more than 20 TDS in more than 1 season.. so you really discredit that guy when you put Simms and aikman in the same convo and find out he threw more TDS in the same amount of games..hell he was 1 away from 200.. phil Simms never had a running back as great as emmit smith with him.. in fact arguably Irvin was a better receiver than any giants wr Simms had for weapons and still did betterFam, I hope you're an attorney in real life because you redirect all. the. time.
Giants not drafting black qbs turns into us talking about Jerry Jones being racist.
Giants being the epitome of mediocre white QBs (with Eli Manning being throwing an equal amount of TDs and INTs outside of the playoffs runs) turns into us talking about a HOF qb being serviceable at best.

Now we up here talking about Troy Aikman being "serviceable at best" at putting him in the same league as Trent MF Dilfer
I know you get on @dtownsfinest about being "young" but I watched Aikman play and was a cowboys fan during that time. You are correct, Aikman had weapons all over the field, but he was better than "serviceable" Let's look at Aikman's Numbers through his career since you like to view numbers

Phil Simms threw for 20+ TD passes 4 times in his career which is better than aikman 1.. he threw 199 yds to aikman 165.. so what did you prove? That dtownfinest ideology was bullshit.. he claims aikman didn't throw for more than 20+ TDS in more than 1 season and the reason why he don't have 200+ career TD passes cause he was in a running back first era . Yet you pointed out a serviceable QB like Simms still threw for 20+ TDS in more than 1 season and had 1 under 200.. he's not top 5 and yet still did better than aikman ... Let's not pull up the heavy hitters of those times like favre, Marino, elway, young, Montana, etc.. same era all with 20+;TDS in multiple seasons, all with 200+ tds

We talking about Simms and Aikman and the definition of serviceable. THere's a huge gap between top 5 and serviceable. I already said Aikman was a good QB with weapons all over the place. Simms was a good QB as well. You do know both things can be true and both are in the HOF as well. When we start comparing Trent Dilfer to Aikman, i have to really question your football acumen. Dilfer was the personification of the phrase "game manager". That Ravens Defense was so good, they didn't have to score a bunch of points. Brad Johnson was a better QB than Dilfer.
It's hard calling any NFL QB "slow". You have to have some form of intelligence to play the position, but he may no longer be a starter in this league. Similar to Jameis..
Baker Mayfield might be a top five/six QB
And, Kevin Stefanski forced him out of Cleveland because he has a big ego
Also,Flacco looked decent yesterday versus him second time in Cleveland.
I mean this is why I'm not making excuses for these soft ass players today because they need to be held accountable whether they're losing or not.
