Because he already served 13 months, with the judge sentencing him to over 4 years.
But if trump pardon him, he'll be home next year like you've said.
so if the judge gave him 48 months......he only has to serve 85% of that....which is 40 months
subtract the 13 months for time served......leaves 27 months.
