How did the artists back then REALLY respond to 50 doing their tracks over and usually making them better?
The artists didn’t say anything 50 wasn’t the first to do those remixes
It was another group from Southside called QSR
They just didn’t have the same success
I used to understand Ebro argument about 50 making NY rappers not want to work with each other AT THE TIME.
But looking back?
I'm not sure sure that 50 was the PRIMARY reason for the division in NY.
NY is divided because we have an issue with others being up at the same time
Them other regions be happy when they people are winning
