Slasher
Season One
10 Episodes
2016
7.5/10
This is a horror thriller series that has a similar premise to FOX's "American Horror Story".
Each series focus' on a serial killer. The series uses some of the same actors in the 3 seasons that are out now.
The series is good on the violence and it is graphic. It is more graphic than the shit coming out in theaters right now. The series has enough twists and suspense to keep you hooked.
I started watching Season one in June and finished it this afternoon. I plan on getting the other two seasons completed before Thanksgiving.
For you gay agenda trackers, in season one there is a gay couple. The only thing shown is them in bed with 2 other gays sleeping after all 4 were fucking each other.
For the militants, there is a interracial marriage with a BM/WW thru season one. There is a very erotic sex scene in episode one. Katie McGrath (Lena Luthor/Supergirl) is in the IR marriage.
For the thirsty, Katie McGrath in season one is looking smashable. She is not dolled up like in Supergirl and they have her dressed down in t-shirts, jeans and low cut chuck taylors. She also does not have the 50lbs. of makeup caked on her face like in Supergirl.
The series is from Canada and has strong ratings. No word if there will be a season 4 at this time. If it happens, it won't debut until 2022 or later due to the Covid-19.
Synopsis
Sarah Bennett's parents were murdered by a killer known as "The Executioner" 30 years ago. Now, she returns to the quiet community of Waterbury, where the killings occurred, to start over with her husband Dylan, but upon arriving they discover that things haven't changed much. Sarah quickly finds herself at the center of a series of murders that revolve around the seven deadly sins, which appear to be the work of "The Executioner." But the original killer who went by that name, Tom Winston, is in prison so it can't be him. That means somebody else is behind the mask this time around, and the perp's true identity must be discovered to stop this latest string of murders. As long-buried secrets begin to surface, everybody around Sarah is a suspect -- or a victim.
