A judge has agreed in principle to grant DDG visitation of his son with Halle Bailey in Rome, where the actress, who has sole custody of their child, is filming a movie, Billboard reports. On Tuesday (June 24), the rapper-streamer's attorney made the request in Los Angeles court amid the couple's torrid custody battle. The judge agreed that the request was reasonable. However, it would require an independent party to monitor the visits at Bailey's request. Another court hearing has been set for Thursday (June 26) to further discuss the matter.XXL has reached out ot DDG's attorney for comment. The latest update comes after Bailey accused DDG of domestic abuse and filed for a restraining order in May. DDG filed his own restraining order against Bailey earlier this month, where he also accused her of physical abuse and claimed she is an "imminent emotional and psychological risk" to the 18-month-old son, Halo.
