Joe Budden podcast done? No Rory or Mal for 2nd straight episode

So does she have that same stance with Joe? If Joe were there, those discussions wouldn't have made it that far without him trying to be funny, being rude while saying move on or playing music. The top complaint I've been seeing alot more of recently is Joe stepping on discussions. When Joe isn't there, the best thing you hear is you get a better idea of the host full thoughts.

Everyone can have an opinion, but I dislike when people mix their personal dislike of a person with critics of someone's performance.maybe im wrong but this came off more personal than anything.

On the subject of transitioning from topics, I think it's weird when they try to act like the topics are happening organically instead of being previously discussed.

Joe is a great A Mic, which is why he's as popular as he is and has a following after 10 years.

It's a entertainment pod. I want to laugh and have jokes.

I don't care about them having serious opinions, because it would mean I care or respect their opinions. Marc's is the only persons opinion I care about.

Flip was letting them talk over each other, which sounds horrible listening and probably not much better on YouTube and then when his ADHD kicked in he just pushed the topic along, because he's a dunce who knows nothing about nothing.

Agree to disagree. End of the day, the behavior is similar from Flip and Joe. If you are going to call out one, you should call out the other especially in comparison to the take that Marc is more fluid with transitioning. To me, the discussions were dragging and Flip could have done a better job transitioning to the next topic. A simple edit could have resolved the complaint in all likelihood. I don't recall anyone talking over each other but I only watched one on YouTube.

The take that it's an entertainment pod also doesn't hold weight with serious topics. Even then, Marc has shown that you can find a way to be entertaining in the middle of a serious discussion. Joe tends to want to force humor instead of allowing it to happen organically. If he wants to play the role of comedian, do so and allow the others to contribute in a manner they feel comfortable with given the topic.

None of this is a slight against Joe. In fact, you have to give credit for acknowledging the gap on the pod and looking to close it. People clearly like the direction of the pod since Marc has joined. Marc was clearly hired to take on the more serious topics Joe or the other co-host couldn't. At the sametime, people also want the vibe of the Rory& Mal era where it felt more like a group of friends having fun together. His originally audience has or is maturing. Like it or not the pod has to adjust to those people as well as the people like yourself who prefer jokes.

I agree with this. I notice it too. Joe knows how to pod that makes it even more frustrating sometimes. At the end of the day u podding for the audience. The jokes are cool when its done right. Which he knows how to do.

About the topics I agree as well. But I dont think they discuss the topics before hand. Maybe big topics. Ish always even Joe says when they uninformed about a topic.

Podcast studios falling. Mistakes were made at scale. Independence and businesses were erected by a few brave enough to go on their own. The corporations let pretty thumbnails and cute show titles cloud their judgement. The baton has been passed to individuals enterprises like ours. It’s a new day and there’s a new path.
