Leonosis pretty explicitly threw the mystics under the bus in exchange for a shiny new practice facility for the wizards at capital one, which is obviously so diabolical. The original deal for the development of the Mystics arena was that both the mystics would play there and the wizards would practice there til 2037. In the 500 mil shakedown of city govt they just performed, wizards get to move their practice facility but mystics have to stay through the lease and can only play 4 games a year and playoff games elsewhere.
