Let me break it down since this not a progressive tax, to counter act the loss of of EBT and medicaid. The wealthy are getting paid and can build another mansion. Boost your 401k and investments, don't buy shit thinking you got paid when you have lost these safety net programs.
Double standard deduction, child tax credits, overtime, auto interest deduction, tips fools are going to buy shit than be on TV crying when they dont have the money.
Compared to 1993-94 you are living good. We should be praising Republicans. We saw what happened when the labor force stopped working during Covid, it actually caused inflation. Incentivizing work actually makes things cheaper another benefit.
We had horrible trade deals, mass incarceration, no healthcare at all.

The millennial and Gen Z are spoiled. The Democrats can modify this bill if they come into power. The Democrats can use talking points like smart criteria to get able bodied adults working.
I would not be overcritical of Republicans because us OG have seen nightmare legislation from them in the 90's.
