I am done with your simple inviting bigots to the cookout ass. BUT I will say this off the top of my head:1. Bet you can't tell me one popular comic run that Penguin was the major threat in.
2. Read that response again.
3. Stuck on the "made for them" argument. Not using them brain cells today I see.
4. Now you are talking apples, and oranges. For your argument sake, I was watching Godfather 1-2 when we were way too young to watch it. That movie changed the way I watched movies. We watched Harlem Nights around the same time. We also watched Def Comedy Jam way too early, but still laughed. Good art can transcends the initial audience it was created for.
5. I made the Penguin comparison based off the amount of money each show spent to create it. Now since you stuck at that stupid ass argument you want to harp on, lets play the game. Both Ironheart, and The Penguin both had movie roles that made around the same amount of money. The only difference between the two is that HBO knows how to make TV shows. They have the TV show broken down to a formula, and WB barely interferes with the process. Disney is why Ironheart is getting panned at the end of the day.
BTW, you know there's black critics giving this show bad reviews also? Ironheart is not the hill to be dying over homie. Let the show be bad.
I am done with your simple inviting bigots to the cookout ass. BUT I will say this off the top of my head:
One Bad Day: Penguin. While not the "main" threat it was a solid Penguin story
- Detective Comics Faces of Death
- Red Hood and the Outlaws

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!All three stories more recent adaptations of the Penguin. Traditionally, Penguin was either a go-between for the real threat, or some type of broker of weapons for the underworld. That's always been his lane.
Who said I invited Gary to the cookout? I'm saying how he is IRL. Seems like you are too pussy to understand this concept.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
I have spent "quite a bit" of money on Batman comics so this REALLY wasn't the smartest thing for you to do!
"Bet you can't tell me one popular comic run that Penguin was the major threat in."
Gives 2 and a solid Penguin story WITH an image of him telling the Batman to go fcuk himself TO HIS FACE!!!
"No, those don't count! Those are recent, I was talking GOLDEN AGE!!! Between 1970 and 1980!!! Or the way Jack Kirby and Bill Finger wrote the Penguin."
"Always been his lane"
Except in more recent stories? You asked for one, I gave you two and one with the story centered around Penguin. The minute I give them that's not what you wanted, HOW you wanted.

I used to date a broad like you!!!! Ol' I want you to know what I want before I have to ask ass!!! You live in a single bedroom apartment with no appliances but a hotplate and a fridge? Get to see your kids every other weekend so you can do Dad Shyt, while you ex is getting piped by a cat that DOESN'T act like a clown, huh? Or has she just sworn off men altogether after you and now getting piped by a broad with a strap-on?
If you read my posts here I have explained there are holes in this story. For what it is, (casual viewers and teens) it is good. For me as a Fanboy ass nerd, it is shyt. I am not looking at it as the latter, since it isn't made for me! The fcuk I look like raging against a machine that wasn't intended for me? Again people that do that are LOSERS or are paid for likes and clicks. Seeing as you aren't paid on BGOL for your takes....I mean....
So while I may be a pussy that can't understand you palling around with online bigots IRL. At least I live WITH my wife and kids!
WAIT?!?!?! YOU KNOW THIS MOTHERFCUKER ON A FIRST NAME BASIS?!?!?!?! Who the fcuk is Gary?!?!?!?
Here they go, doing the same dumb down bullshit for Mr. Terrific.
Y'all connecting the dots yet, or do you guys think it's still one big coincidence?
Or when both Christian Bale AND Robert Pattinson played Batman. Or when Charlie Cox portrays Daredevil. Or when Anthony Starr portrays Homelander...Not this shit again with the UK actors... Should T’Challa’s character have been played by an African since he was supposed to be from the continent?
Where were the complaints when Henry Cavill, a British actor, played Superman, an American hero? FOH!
I just finished episodes 3-6 so where are they going with this? Are the comics like this?
I wasn't happy with the ending either. Parker going to see the magic mystics? What's he gonna turn into a different villain? Weren't they warned about who he was? She didn't seem to know. Bringing RiRi's friend back from the dead? What about dad? Friend more important than dad? Felt like....fuck dad to me! SMDH.No the comics weren't like this. She's was still at MIT and built the suit at MIT pretty much stealing their parts and had sudo mentorship from Stark. Nat also isn't AI, This whole series went off on it's own. Which makes me feel like this could just end up being an alternate reality (which Marvel can always fall back on).
I just seen a review that definitely brought up shit that low key pissed me off for a minute in the season but I forgot.
1. The twins in there kicking all types of adult ass but lil old, tech less RiRi manages to put them to shame? Yea.. ok.
2. The scene where homeboy is dropped off by the suit, instead of having a conversation about what's really been going on or even a formal introduction to him and Nat, they go off on some bullshit convo that resolves nothing when that was the perfect time to let the air out the balloon.
3. The crew just falling apart at the end, as criminals that are focused on financial gain, seemed a bit of a stretch to me.

I felt the twins thing could be explained as they took her for granted so they took it easy on her. Does it make sense? Not really but I can suspend belief on that.No the comics weren't like this. I feel like with Nat she already lost her twice. So at that moment losing her again she was just trying to right what she thought was a wrong.I wasn't happy with the ending either. It was I was gonna hold off until I saw all episodes. I was impressed. And bringing in some big actors and Mephisto made things feel like it was things at stake again. We haven’t seen that since Majors popped up on Loki.Fuck the reviews this shit was dope!!! I hate it ended on a cliffhanger and won't be a season 2.
Is Riri a shitty person in the comics too? Damn she's a manipulative user. I do appreciate the development of her though.
Very solid pointHere is my gripe. To be that smart takes so much work and effort, studying while others are hanging out, reading, and developing their mathematical skills. How about showing some of that, showing the sacrifices she had to make to be where she is in life?
Instead, they choose to focus on her being relatable and rebellious, almost catering to our egos that there is nothing wrong with the way we conduct business, it's the system, no need to apply ourselves, instead let's root out the system.
While the system is flawed, to me, the biggest flaw is that the system is pandering to us by telling us not to work hard and study, apply ourselves. See how that works?
I look at it as another attempt by Hollywood to pacify us, putting us under the spell that one day, if we keep doing what we are doing, we will have this savior come and defeat the system by doing exactly what we are doing. But in reality most of the geniuses are nurtured and groomed from a very young age, and bust their asses often working three times harder than their white colliges. Like I said before, why not talk to some actual black genius and get their perspective, the way they would have if this were a gangster movie or a drug dealer movie.
Because to me, this is as corny and unrealistic as a movie about the BMF starring Will Smith and that Steave Urkle dude.
In the comic compared to the movie? No, she's a teenager. She knows right from wrong, she is ALWAYS trying to do the right thing. She does do some ?uestionable shyt like putting listening devices on her friends, but these friends are in trouble with other people and they can't talk about it to her.Is Riri a shitty person in the comics too? I know we talking about Ironheart but can't they cast a better looking Lois? Amy Adam's was the best of all the Lois in the movies. I think Teri Hatcher is the best overall. This whole movie seems like Guardians of the Galaxy 4. I think Lois Lane is the only character (so far) that seems more like her character.
