I'm with you on the Mann Act but I'm not going to argue against this conviction because of it.
With the decades worth of information about Puff including what has been revealed during this trial it's clear he's been getting away with fucking over and destroying people for years which has included violence.
So while I may not approve of the law in any way I'm not willing to give him a pass because of it.
Truthfully I didn't like the RICO being used in R. Kelly's case but recognized that it was the only way to hold him accountable for sexually assaulting countless young black girls so I accepted it.
