He's been getting away with some pretty serious legal shit since he was a teenager. That along with tons of loot will tend to give a feeling of invincibility and cloudy your moral compass.
He was in college whooping a chick out in front of the dorm. Got bodies dating back to the event with Heavy D. etc.

Why didn't they charge him for it? Cause the state has to do it.

I'm with you on the Mann Act but I'm not going to argue against this conviction because of it.

With the decades worth of information about Puff including what has been revealed during this trial it's clear he's been getting away with fucking over and destroying people for years which has included violence.

So while I may not approve of the law in any way I'm not willing to give him a pass because of it.

Truthfully I didn't like the RICO being used in R. Kelly's case but recognized that it was the only way to hold him accountable for sexually assaulting countless young black girls so I accepted it.

They should ve charged him with Domestic Violence at the state level. Don't know if the statute of limitations is up.

We as a society cannot allow the government to do wrong or we will be at their mercy because they have all of the power.

The government was wrong with a lot of these charges and the one he got convicted of.
