he about to go home and practice...quiet as kept, if you keep yourself in shape and stretch, this shouldn't be that hard to do if you did in your younger years...i was helping my ex's daughter with tumbling and was still able to move around pretty good...back flips are a different story though..lol

I know after hyper extended both of my knees the home rehab seemed pointless and repetitive. But to avoid knee surgery I did that shit. Ish has access to a gym and possibly a real trainer.... it could make for interesting content.
