Yeah, but i trust Sengun to make the right decision with the ball more than Jalen. I have faith that Sengun will find or take the best shot available.
If that means him going to work, finding a teammate cutting too the basket, kicking it back out to KD who has now re-established position in another spot or swinging the ball until they find the best shot... I trust him to make the best decision with the ball.

OK a little research it seems its a family thing? He doesn't want to uproot his family. And apparently he is very serious about it. His family loves Phoenix.
If you want to believe that.
He had the ball the entire warriors series famo. They made sure he did. He found the best shot available and missed most of them. Warriors didn't let him be a passer. They made him shoot. And he missed.
He doesn't have to lose anything.
If he gets waived, he gets everything and he's due $100 million with his player option.
and I doubt he agrees to a buy out to help Phoenix out.
NBA has to begin executing trades though now because the draft is Wednesday. They need to space that shit out from end of the Finals to the draft a little bit. Move it to July.

Chet & Jalen are up for new contracts in 2026 & Shai is up for a big one in 2027.
We know they'll keep Shai but the rest of that roster will be shaken up.
yeah, I was thinking the thunder would try to keep all of them.
And as we see in the playoffs & finals you need as many shot creators & play maker for others.
Jalen was put on clamps against the Warriors and he also couldn't make the right reads.
Plays like this pissed me off...
Getting put on clamps by Curry is one thing but not finding the wide open man in Dillon Brooks this play was another problem with him.
He probably doesn't want to live in a trash city and his wife probably really doesn't want to do it.
Durant will get a max extension from us. Sengun's extension kicks in next year, they're going to give Fred a big contract, and Jabari and Tari's contracts will be up.
Our roster will be shaken up as well. Going to be hard to keep them all.
Durant & Fred are going to be short 2 year contracts. It fits their schedule when they have to pay Amen in 2027. Which is another reason they moved Jalen.
It is going to be a challenge keeping both Tari & Bari though but I trust Stone to make the right move.
