I'm not buying a lot of groceries yet I'm spending close to or over $200.00 . It makes no sense...
My guess is that when grocery prices are down, it's mostly the genetically modified, high fructose corn syrup crap. If something is remotely healthy, it'll almost guarantee that you'll see triple digits at the register.
Some of us are letting the cruelty turn us into the same monster we bemoan.
