I bet if this were airing on AMC and they did a "Talking Last" aftershow Chris Hardwick wouldve opened it doing his "serious" voice with the audience being dead silent.. "Well ladies and gentlemen..THAT just happened."

All these online nerds still mad about the shit almost 5 years after part 2 came out talking about the story and game was trash and now saying the show is trash smh.
The theme of part 2 was revenge and the combat, gameplay and detail is one of the best ever in a videogame.

The gaming community was in an uproar when this scene happened. Reddit was going nuts. Till this day, TLOU 2 is one of the most divisive games ever released.
But applaud the writers for not giving characters plot armor. ANYONE could die, and that’s how I great story should be.
And news flash to everyone: Joel was NOT a good person. He was a dude who was trying his best to survive in the apocalypse. Like all of us would be. I would’ve done the same thing for my son in that hospital.
But there are consequences for that.
We just followed his story from the beginning, so we have a greater understanding of his circumstances.
TLOU 2 is a story about revenge and the consequences it brings. That goes for everyone.
Looking forward to seeing how things play out.

We're you pissed LOU2 didn't have multi-player? Anyway I believe the issue is that happening so early into the season...it's shocking
The multiplayer was always a neat bonus but it didn’t move the needle for me.
For my multiplayer fix, i usually go to dedicated player games.
I was playing Apex Legends and CoD Warzone at that time
Had me feeling like I was watching the epic GOT Hardhome episode when Jon Snow was trying to save the Wildlings from the Night King
Fuck those losers. They thought they were owed something from the writers. Just because we were playing as Joel, that didn't make us the good guys. The lines were blurred between good and evil people, and if you made it that far into the post apocalypse, you've done some foul shit to someone so you could survive.
Who?Oh, okay. And that'll probably take another two years to come out.
