1 student does not have authority or agency over any other student, regardless of if either or both are students of the school where the event is held.

This argument is ridiculous.

Karmelo was there for the track event seeking shelter from the rain, where other kids and adults were also seeking shelter ..... this was not a kid looking into the football teams play book, or trying to gain entry into the school.

Where was human decency?

What was the harm of letting a "rival" competitor seek shelter from the rain under the tent? There was no inside information or potential for ill intention, there were numerous witnesses under the same tent.

See my problem is he ALWAYS finds some way, through legal talk to justify how some of these racist republicans move and turn it back on the Democrats as if these are the same Democrats of the 1860's Confederacy. And he makes convincing arguments at times, or arguments where you might have to dig a lil deeper to prove him wrong, but this shit here??

I had a coworker say why he got a knife at school. You could tell he thought he had the definitive point. I reminded him that we as a people have to protect ourselves from people that, feel they can touch us without permission. I also reminded him the knives were not allowed on company property so he might want to take the one in his pocket out to his car. Suddenly he needed to do something and could not finish the conversation. Inconsistent cacs stay inconsistent.

Also it wasn’t on school grounds. That was a community track, not school grounds. They can throw that reason away already. He was out in the wild, but even if he was st school, he still had to make it to and from, so what difference does it make outside of his skin color
 
You best self defense is being highly selective about who you interact with. Don't try to be the cool friendly person that talks to everybody. If you see somebody acting funny get rid of them quick.

I notice fools white, non FBA, and others trying to create some social interaction first. Many of them have schemes planned way before you meet them. I force them to create this elaborate ruse.

All the black coons that come at me are now rushing to the defense of the white victim. There must be some serious money.
