Nah. If a chick is hot, studios will work with her... nobody is turning anybody away for doing GG, especially since even the "regular" studios are increasingly integrating elements of GG into their format anyway (stuff like waterworks is getting more mainstream). The idea that GG is anathema is a myth, as is the idea that GG ends careers. Nobody's career has been ended by doing GG.
The reason GG girls tend to be one-and-done, and why many girls would choose something as extreme as GG to be their only foray into porn is quite simple:
1. The majority of girls who appear on GG are not "professional" porn stars and do not aspire to be. They're just regular girls who need a quick cash injection.
2. GG pays more than other studios
3. GG is based on the East coast. Most of the other producers are in Los Angeles, Las Vegas or Atlanta. For a hoodrat in the Bronx who needs quick cash and can't afford to fly to LA, GG is an easily accessible resource (though there are more NYC producers now, but many of them tend to be relatively grimy too)
4. The vast majority of girls on GG are not attractive enough to make it in mainstream porn, probably not even on OnlyFans
