The 99-Page Republican Budget Just Dropped And It’s Brutal
House Republicans just unveiled their 99-page budget, and the numbers don’t lie, it’s packed with cuts that hurt everyday Americans. Here’s what’s getting slashed:
 VA Healthcare

$15 BILLION – Less funding for medical services & private care. Veterans get longer wait times.
 Rural Broadband

$50 MILLION – Internet expansion for rural communities? Not a priority.
 Food Assistance for Seniors

$100 MILLION – Cuts to the Commodity Supplemental Food Program. Seniors struggling to eat? Too bad.
 Medicaid Hospital Funding

$8 BILLION – Payments to hospitals serving low-income patients delayed & reduced. Expect closures in rural & urban areas.
 Affordable Housing

$34 MILLION – Less rental assistance for low-income families, veterans, & seniors. Homelessness? On the rise.
 Border Security

No New Hiring – No extra Border Patrol funding. So much for “secure the border.”
 Cybersecurity

No Increase – No boost in funding to combat China, Russia, & North Korea’s cyberattacks. National security? Who needs it.
WIC (Women, Infants, & Children Program)

$1.5 BILLION UNDER REQUESTED LEVELS – Nutritional aid for struggling mothers & kids—not a priority.
 Flood Prevention & Disaster Relief

$500 MILLION – Less funding to protect red states from floods & hurricanes. Florida, Texas, Louisiana… good luck.
The bottom line: These aren’t just numbers—they’re real people losing healthcare, housing, and security. And yet, some in Congress will brag about this budget.
Ask them: “Which of these cuts are you proud of?”
