I only watched about a minute of that Dem response and that was enough to know it was out of touch. Why would you talk about bipartisanship? What voting block is calling for that,

"Shit is bad out there. Food, gas, rent is too high and Trump ain't doing shit to change it because rich people don't care about regular people's lives. This shit is all his fault, but we'll fix it and help you put food on the table and gas in your car."

I hear you. I really do. The problem is Democrats have to appease a very diverse demographic. They'll never get the maga vote. And republican voters don't care what happens to the country. They just want to win.

Democrats can say everything you stated ad nauseum & it won't matter as long as white people be racist. White people will choose supremacy over actual prosperity every time.

I'm not talking about white people and MAGA voters. I'm talking about getting Black and Latino middle class votes and men back voting to dems on the level they were for Obama. Dems need to focus on winning too. Everything they do needs to be focused on getting the 15 million of our voters that sat out the last election to vote the next time.

And RESIST is not goin to do it. Dems need to talk to them and address their needs.

Yep. But Dems blocking the trannies in women sports bill is going to have the worse effect in midterms because majority including Black democrats agree with the Repubs. A lot people are one issue voters

This isn’t directed at you bro but all of us and the topic. Focusing on the action’s topic is smaller potatoes. For it to be blocked, wouldn’t there need to be Republican votes? If so, that’s wild that is what those people would support right now.

I hear progressives say this all the time yet they can't show a single place where progressives win besides deep blue districts.

If you can't win in purple and some red areas, you can't win the election. In fact when Republicans attack Dems, they almost always attack progressive positions. Defund the plice, the green new deal, trans issues, etc.

Progressives are forever overestimating how popular they are. If progressives want to run the party, they need to go win in all these swing districts so there are more progressives elected than other Dems then they would have the votes to run the party.

Instead they want to only win in the bluest of districts then demand the majority of people that won hand control over to them. FOH.
