The way you said it, y'all need to clear a lot of cap to create cap space. Basically y'all have to rebuild and need to get better people in the front office who knows what they're doing.

That’s the real story.

One thing I noticed, Barkley doesn’t get touch like that.
That's why I don't even bother responding to anyone bout Saquon as if he'd be playing like this if he was still in NY. Not saying I don't wish he was still a Giant, but anyone who knows football knows he wouldn't be looking like this if he was still with us. Eagles front line & skill player positions are much better so Saquon gets to see less teams loading the front and has much bigger windows to run through. NY is just now starting to finally get the oline right & only have 1 legitimate threat at receiver.

• Eagles soar back into top three: Philadelphia's offensive line was back at its best in Week 11 against Washington. The unit did not allow a single sack or quarterback hit and surrendered just three hurries in a win over the Commanders.

Few things are more important to an NFL team’s success than the quality of its offensive line. Disastrous lines, or even disastrous weak-link mismatches, can determine the outcomes of games, while strong units provide an incredible advantage to an offense.

We will be monitoring NFL offensive line play all season long while highlighting the biggest weak-link players for each group. With Week 11 of the 2024 NFL regular season in the books, here are the weekly rankings and each unit's best player.

Key:
Red text = weakest link

1. Detroit Lions (No change)

Projected Week 12 starters:

LT Taylor Decker
LG Graham Glasgow
C Frank Ragnow
RG Kevin Zeitler
RT Penei Sewell

Left tackle Taylor Decker was back in the lineup after missing Detroit’s Week 10 game against the Jaguars. However, he allowed three pressures — the most on the Lions' offensive line — and earned a 61.7 PFF pass-blocking grade.

Veteran right guard Kevin Zeitler continued his impressive season in Week 11 against the Jaguars. Zeitler earned a 90.6 PFF overall grade in Detroit’s win, which ranked third among guards this week. In addition, Zeitler has earned an 87.8 PFF overall grade this season, which also ranks third at the position.

Best player: Frank Ragnow

Ragnow’s 92.3 PFF run-blocking grade leads all centers this season.

2. Denver Broncos (No change)

Projected Week 12 starters:

LT Garett Bolles
LG Ben Powers
C Luke Wattenberg
RG Quinn Meinerz
RT Mike McGlinchey

The Broncos' offensive line continues to excel in pass protection. The unit surrendered just three pressures — including a sack — in the team’s win over Atlanta while ranking third in PFF pass-blocking efficiency rating (94.3) in Week 11.

Right guard Quinn Meinerz had an elite run-blocking showing against the Falcons. Meinerz finished Denver’s Week 11 game with a 92.3 PFF run-blocking grade. As a result, he earned a 94.1 PFF overall grade, which led all offensive linemen in Week 11.

Best player: Garett Bolles

Bolles' 92.4 PFF pass-blocking grade since Week 3 ranks second among all offensive linemen.

3. Philadelphia Eagles (Up 5)

Projected Week 12 starters:

LT Jordan Mailata
LG Landon Dickerson
C Cam Jurgens
RG Mekhi Becton
RT Lane Johnson

Philadelphia's offensive line was back at its best and played the best game of its season in Week 11 against Washington. The unit did not allow a single sack or quarterback hit and surrendered just three hurries in a win over the Commanders. As a result, their 95.6 FPF pass-blocking efficiency rating led the NFL this week.

Left tackle Jordan Mailata returned to the lineup following his injury and played at a very high level. Mailata did not allow a single pressure against Washington, and his 89.5 PFF overall grade led all offensive tackles in Week 11.

Best player: Lane Johnson

Johnson has allowed pressure on 1.5% of pass plays this season, the best rate of his career.

4. Green Bay Packers (No change)

Projected Week 12 starters:

LT Rasheed Walker
LG Elgton Jenkins
C Josh Myers
RG Sean Rhyan
RT Zach Tom

The Packers placed rookie Jordan Morgan on injured reserve, making Sean Rhyan the expected starter at right guard going forward. Rhyan allowed just one pressure in Green Bay’s win over Chicago, and his 79.8 PFF pass-blocking grade was the second-highest mark on the Packers' offensive line.

Green Bay’s unit pass-blocked for just 20 plays but still allowed seven pressures against the Bears. As a result, they ranked 23rd in PFF pass-blocking efficiency rating in Week 11.

Best player: Zach Tom

Tom’s 73.9 PFF overall grade in Week 11 led the Packers' offensive linemen.

5. Washington Commanders (Down 2)

Projected Week 12 starters:

LT Brandon Coleman
LG Nick Allegretti
C Tyler Biadasz
RG Sam Cosmi
RT Andrew Wylie

Washington's offensive line put forth an uncharacteristic game in Week 11’s loss to the Eagles. The unit surrendered 14 pressures — including two sacks — on 39 pass plays, leading to a 79.5 PFF pass-blocking efficiency rating that ranked fifth worst in the NFL this week.

The main culprit was rookie left tackle Brandon Coleman, who allowed seven pressures — tied for the most among offensive linemen in Week 11. He let up pressure on 16.7% of pass plays, which was the worst rate by any offensive lineman this week.

Best player: Sam Cosmi

Cosmi earned a 35.5 PFF pass-blocking grade in the loss to the Eagles, his lowest grade this season.

6. Kansas City Chiefs (Down 1)

Projected Week 12 starters:

LT Wanya Morris
LG Joe Thuney
C Creed Humphrey
RG Trey Smith
RT Jawaan Taylor

Although Kansas City's offensive line surrendered just 10 pressures in a loss to the Bills, left tackle Wanya Morris and right tackle Jawaan Taylor were responsible for seven.

Left guard Joe Thuney is having arguably the best year of his career, which is saying a lot, considering he has been the best pass-blocking guard in the NFL over the past five seasons. Thuney has yet to allow a sack or a quarterback hit this season and has allowed pressure on just 1.7% of pass plays — the best rate of his career.

Best player: Creed Humphrey

Humphrey’s 86.0 PFF overall grade in Week 11 led all centers.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Down 1)

Projected Week 12 starters:

LT Justin Skule
LG Ben Bredeson
C Graham Barton
RG Cody Mauch
RT Luke Goedeke

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were on a bye in Week 11.

Their offensive line has allowed 76 pressures — including eight sacks — on 394 pass plays this season, leading to an 89.3 PFF pass-blocking efficiency rating that ranks second in the league.

Best player: Luke Goedeke

In the absence of the injured Tristan Wirfs, Luke Goedeke can be considered the unit's best player. However, his 62.5 PFF overall grade ranks just 52nd among offensive tackles.

8. Buffalo Bills (Down 1)

Projected starters entering bye:

LT Dion Dawkins
LG David Edwards
C Connor McGovern
RG O’Cyrus Torrence
RT Ryan Van Demark

Often going up against Chris Jones, left guard David Edwards surrendered five pressures and earned a 35.6 PFF pass-blocking grade in Week 11 against the Chiefs. He gave up pressure on 10.6% of pass plays — the fifth-worst rate among guards in Week 11.

Right tackle Spencer Brown didn't suit up and was replaced by Ryan Van Demark, who earned a 59.4 PFF overall grade in Buffalo’s win over the Chiefs.

Best player: Dion Dawkins

Dawkins played well in pass protection against the Chiefs and earned an 82.5 PFF pass-blocking grade that ranked sixth among left tackles in Week 11.
