I dont necessarily see that as illegit.... certain forms of cancer and other illnesses are discovered by self diagnosis. I watch the shay shay interview and she said her mother read up on austism and noticed many similarities in her behavior that was listed. Shannon never asked specifically and she kept going off on tangents but I dont consider that not legit...truth be told theres ALOT of uncheck mental issues in the black community and american society..ALOT!

Shannon did ask her of she was diagnosed and she stated yes.
I get it and it’s desperately needed. These Supreme Court justices our too comfortable doing whatever they want.
BUT I question the timing of it.

Most people had a problem with the Supreme Court ruling that a president has immunity for almost any act committed while in office with the exception of the MAGA faithful.
Doing it this way without abusing his power as well will go over well with the majority of voters.
My understanding is there’s nothing “POTUS Offical Acts” Biden can do on his own to reform the SC currently as constructed. It’s basically DOA without the other branches which the Dems don’t have.
So what’s the point of stating this part out loud?
IMO, you’re more likely to lose votes than to gain them with this move.

Seems like some of the GOP is ready to bury Trump and reclaim their party. They still need to weed out the MAGA representatives in office, but they see that Trump is crippling them severely.
It looks like the Dems are going all in on Supreme Court decisions such abortion and affirmative action. They are examples of power they have to effect people’s lives.
I think it will definitely turn some voters off, but how off though.
