Biggie was not Pac's enemy and had nothing to do with the Quad shooting. In fact the shooting was carried out by or on behalf of the Brooklyn niggas that Pac was running with not Biggie.
That picture was taken before any of this became public knowledge while he was recording Akk Eyez on Me so there wouldn't have been any reason for her to think Pac had any real hatred for Biggie.
I do believe she fucked Pac but let's be real she and Biggie were apparently cheating on each other and were two people that made an impulsive decision to get married when neither were ready. Biggie was even foul enough to have his side chick, Lil Kim, around his wife without her realizing they were fucking.
