This was a convicted felon they went to serve the warrant to. He did not get that firearm legally
I understand that, but anyone felon or no felon could get a gun in the states because of the laws
WTF are you talking about? No in the fuck they can't! At least not legally. No felon in any state can walk into a gun store and purchase a firearm. They would need to have their records expunged prior otherwise it'll immediately come up in the NICS system during their background check and be rejected.
