According to the new hierarchy of Omegas, she's considered the second most powerful mutant after Franklin Richards.
In the current Fall of X storyline, she has faced Thor, a Goddess, Vulcan, and many others and still came out on top. Even Apocalypse follows her lead. Storm is both a Goddes and an Omega Level Mutant

Her precise control over the atmosphere allows her to create special weather effects. She can create precipitation at higher or lower altitudes than normal, make whirlwinds travel pointing lengthwise in any direction, channel ambient electromagnetism through her body to generate electric blasts, flash freeze objects and people, coalesce atmospheric pollutants into acid rain or toxic fog, and, along with her natural ability of flight, summon wind currents strong enough to support her weight to elevate herself (or others) to fly at high altitudes and speeds. Her control is so great that she can even manipulate the air in a person's lungs. She can also control the pressure inside the human inner ear, an ability she uses to cause intense pain. She can also bend light using moisture in the air and her manipulation of mist and fog to appear partially transparent, and in some cases, nearly invisible.[194]
Storm has also demonstrated the ability to control natural forces that include cosmic storms, solar wind, ocean currents, and electromagnetic energy. She has demonstrated the ability to separate water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen via electrolysis, allowing her to breathe underwater.[132] While in outer space, she is able to affect and manipulate the interstellar and intergalactic mediums. Storm has been shown to be sensitive to the dynamics of the natural world, and her psionic powers over weather are affected by her emotions. Storm is also able to manipulate earth and fire, create earthquakes and lava bursts.[270] Storm's abilities also work in other dimensions and realms as in the trion dimension, when she was able to overpower defeat the corrupted trion and by tapping into the elemental energies of that dimension, was able to heal the rifts in space and time made by trion possessed Juggernaut.[277] This demonstrated that Storm's abilities are far greater than even she anticipated.

Disney please male season 6 happen. John seller Jr the original show runner wants to.do it. Season 6 would've introduced more supporting characters and villains like Luke and sandman and would've gave closure to the Mary Jane saga.

It feels like Disney trying to find a way for this brother to maybe come back into the fold.
Please don't get it confused that man most certainly did something SERIOUSLY wrong so I am not co signing him like that. But his work leading this was masterful and its sad he can't really fully enjoy it.
I feel like if the mouse REALLY thought there was no way for redemption they would have put the gag order on him.
This is the main reason I binged the first 5 seasons.
It was obvious they were gonna pick up where the original series left off.

I finished the series last week.
They eventually gonna put out episodes forcing folks to go back and watch the original series.
As these new episodes play out, lots of shit is not gonna make sense if you don’t have a good memory of the original series.

really this could apply to some of the mcu movies shows and whatnot in general
toe-ing that line between serving your base (comic/og animation heads) and appealing accessibly to curious but otherwise clueless mfers…

My favorite YouTube reactors are loving this series, and their knowledge and experience of the original show and X-Men comics in general is limited.
About the hardest thing to navigate if you have no base knowledge is that the first episode doesn't hand hold you too hard on who and what the X-men are. But that said, they definitely do provide you with an entry point for the story, and unless you are just real slow on the uptake, it's easy enough to get caught up just from exposition.
It is definitely giving the longtime fans what they want, but a casual fan can definitely enjoy it
