You’re a Republican. Of course you do.Did y’all watch the video? I agree with him.
You’re a Republican. Of course you do.
You also think the voting rights act and anti Jim Crow laws are garbage.
I am not Republican. Statistically, how have Black folks benefited since the implementation of DEI programs? Have racist incidents decreased? Has there been increases in career advancement for Black folks. DEI programs is yet another example of CACs making meaningless solutions to racism that we haven’t asked for.
We have been asking for Reperations. Where is the progress on Reperations?
You are a Republican. DEI has benefited a lot of people of color, especially Black people in America. White people are just getting mad because they no longer could make the grade. Even Rittenhouse guy who shot that protester severely flawed military exam and not allowed to apply for the position againI am not Republican. They are setting this dude up for a major fail.
that wasn't his argument tho, his point was it don't work because it only makes white all more angryI agree. We may be the face of it, but definitely not benefiting from it (as usual).
it don't work because it only make white all more angry? I don't understand.that wasn't his argument tho, his point was it don't work because it only makes white all more ang
He knows.he argued against himself tho
Doesnt that mean its working?that wasn't his argument tho, his point was it don't work because it only makes white all more angry
I've dealt with DEI hires in my old workplace, ironically they were on the DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice) committee and honestly, it felt like the people who were on those committees wouldn't even have job in the place I worked at if not for DEI.
I'm not saying Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a bad thing, but forced DEI doesn't really bring the best to the workplace.
Workplaces absolutely should be more diverse, but it feels like a lot of companies and corporations are introducing these DEI initiatives to meet numbers more so than doing real work to make differences in the communities and populations they serve.
Lolz I noticed many of the DEI hires at the job were LGBTQ folks (men and women). None that I remember were straight (Black) males. Inclusion ya'll

Forcing anything is bad.
But history has shown us it is NECESSARY when dealing with these devils
they threw rocks at little kids going to school
Used hoses when we wanted to eat and ride a bus
Ask Jerry Jones apparently it was FUN to watch
We open our OWN business? They blow it up
We had to FORCE them to let us use water fountains, swim in pools, get health care, go to school, JUST LIVE...
We have to force these devils to do EVERYTHING
Even hire a Black football coach
So bro we HAVE to do this and NOT stop because we dealing with the worst.
And Lenard is a f(8cking hypocrite if you didn't notice the strategic timing of ALL his joint ventures with publishers and podcasts and TV were attached to Post Kaep and Post Floyd?
f*ck this guy
I don't disagree with you. Yes, we shouldn't let up, I was just sharing my experiences with DEI initiatives at my former place of work. And AFTER we FORCE them?
They still do this
Politics: Gov Landry wants strip scholarships from athletes not present during the national anthem
LAGovJeffLandry has sent letters to all four higher ed systems and the Board of Regents calling on them to adopt policies to strip scholarships from athletes not present during the national anthemwww.bgol.us
you CANNOT let up on these white folks
And Lenard thinks he gonna be protected?
Yeah OK
I don't disagree with you. Yes, we shouldn't let up, I was just sharing my experiences with DEI initiatives at my former place of work.
The practice is important but some times it rings hollow. Another example is whenever they read off a Land Acknowledgement Statement....I cringe whenever I hear that shit, even now at my place of work. During damn near every staff Zoom meeting, they acknowledged the land we work and live on as originally Native land....yet there aren't any programs, scholarships, nor any board members or staff persons of Native American descent.
Yes, it's important to acknowledge....but what are you actually doing to make a difference?![]()

The wealth of the collective of the billionaires in this country is about $15 trillion. What’s really $100 million? The money they’ve spent against DEI isn’t even what they paid for Alito and Clarence combined. If we weren't?
Would they be spending millions to stop it?
and send Lenard to help?
correct me if im wrong but they're getting reparations right? and they own their own land? I could be wrong tho.....I don't disagree with you. Yes, we shouldn't let up, I was just sharing my experiences with DEI initiatives at my former place of work.

How is it really hurting them?Doesnt that mean its working?
thats what i wanna knowHow is it really hurting them?
It’s a capitalist system and the guy is for sale. If you’re talking that greater good shit you’re gonnnz get your feelings hurt. How is it really hurting them?
Here in California, we aren't even the face of it. CACs have created "intersectionality". "Intersectionality combines race, class, gender and LBGTQ and packages it all together to address diversity and inclusion. The DEI training that I received on my job was focused on Transgender issues. Charlemagne made some good points. Even in the videos, BLACK FOLKS were not clearly identified as the target of DEI initiatives. Statistically, the main group that benefitted from Affirmative Action was white women. Nowadays, the main people that benefit from DEI are LBGTQ and in tech, mainly Indian(from India) folks. Black folks are so quick to attack each other when we challenge initiatives conceived by CACs that we view as allies. Notice how none of the DEI supporters in this thread are able to clearly identify what Black folks have gained from DEI initiatives.I agree. We may be the face of it, but definitely not benefiting from it (as usual).
True but CAC's have been hiring their the lesser educated/qualified own since the dawn of time. In short, yes and no. Unless you're the head of a Casino, smoke shop or connected to a family that is, most Natives are poor as fuck.correct me if im wrong but they're getting reparations right? and they own their own land? I could be wrong tho.....
