What is a bone contusion?

One issue with a bone bruise is that it can be more serious and the swelling needs to go down before it can reveal small fractures in the bone.

They last a minute though. I dropped a 45 pound weight on the side of my leg before and I don't if it was adrenalin or not to scream out in the gym, but I felt fine initially. After I left though. That pain, swelling and bruising on the side of my leg lasted weeks.

Kendrick Nunn had one and missed the whole year. I think that's what Gabe Vincent has also. It's worse in your knee.

The "count the rings" losers really ruined the game for everybody and never really understood basketball at all.

It was such a short sighted and untenable view of the game...

Derek Fisher should be out here telling everyone that he's a better player then Kyrie will ever be.

Journalist Tom Sherwood broke news of the letter, which Schwalb's office provided to Axios.
  • The AG argues that Monumental can't get out of the lease by prepaying its outstanding bond debt.
  • Schwalb also says that $50 million in publicly financed improvements to the arena in 2007 hinged on a commitment to "extend the original ground lease for an additional 20 years … through 2047."
Zoom in: Schwalb says Monumental has also "broken other promises to the District" by "negotiating a preliminary agreement with Virginia."
  • As Axios reported in December, the owner of the teams, Ted Leonsis, worked behind the scenes with Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin last year to hammer out the Alexandria deal.
  • Schwalb writes that a separate 2017 agreement with the city requires Monumental to notify D.C. of its intent to leave town and "negotiate exclusively and in good faith with the District for a period of six months."
Schwalb urges Leonsis to meet with D.C. leaders.
  • Mayor Muriel Bowser confirmed to Axios this week that the District's $500 million offer to modernize Capital One Arena remains on the table.
The other side: A spokesperson for Monumental referred Axios to previous comments that dispute the relocation would break its lease.
  • "We would not have started negotiations with the city or Virginia over the last two years without sound legal counsel," Monica Dixon, Monumental's president of external affairs, said in February.

And niggas hated on Zion for fucking a porn star. Lol

"A Stripper Claims She's Has The Same Due Date as Draya"

If this dude really had kids by different women born on the same day...

"I'm the older brother by a few minutes."

"Oh, I didn't know y'all were twins."

"We're not, we're half siblings!"

It takes "male THOT" to a new level.

D Fish should brag about having more playoff wins under his belt than his teammate Kobe, and the fact he went back to an NBA Finals without him.

The "count the rings" losers are deceptive selfish people, just like the bball players they look up to. We have posters here that will create fake accounts and pretend to be multiple people just to hate on the greatest scorer to ever live just cuz he's better than some former players they like better. These people hate basketball.

So Giannis is not healthy to play the Celtics(55-14) on national TV....but he is healthy to play the Nets(26-44) in a random game on local TV:hmm::hmm::hmm::hmm:
So Giannis can get healthy enough to fight 6-foot Dennis Schroder and the nets(26-44); but is scared to battle Horford.........

An 82-game season with nearly 10 games being played per night, it's not even possible to watch all of that shit, but you got niggas who think they are experts because Stephen A. Smith repeated some shit his corporate overloads told him to say and they got online and ran with it.

Now would be the time for Bowser to say that $500 million offer is now a $400 million offer.
