Trump : "no one will insure my $464M bond"

This whole fight is about maintaining the system of white supremacy. It's very simple.

word. This and ONLY this.

this has always been about white supremacy; never being qualified. He’s still around because they need a compromised fool to strip America of its history.

It’s crazy! What other non-white person can be accused, tried, found guilty and have a few more criminal cases pending and STILL not only be eligible to run for the HIGHEST office in arguably the world AND be the leading candidate for his party?

And who is worse; Trump or the laypersons voting for him? It’s all a mask for racism and control of women.

If Obama did a fraction of any of this bullshit their great cac hope is doing after 2016 He would be in prison serving a 300 year bid, maybe even on death row, Hell they would have tried to impeach him over a parking ticket and yet this cheese cracker can show and sell national secrets and commit treason, still be free quadrupling down on his horseshit, and be one of the chosen candidates to run for president again. America used to be seen as a fierce and strong force globally that a lot of countries strived to be, but now we are the butthole of jokes and the laughing stock of the world all thanks to retarded MAGA cacs and their cheeto god.

Trump does have multiple properties that he can pay or cover that $464 million bond but properties aren't liquid. Not to mention the true value of a property can be highly subjective.

If he had $464 million liquid, this wouldn't be an issue for him.

The powers at be all knew Trump was never gonna be able to pay that amount. Cause ask yourself, what person on earth do you know that has nearly half a billion dollars liquid.
You can only use a property as a true asset when it's Rakim, paid in full. If you owe anything on it you can't liquidate it, you can only borrow from it.

Problem is, from what I hear Trump doesn't have any of his properties paid in full, so he can't liquidate them. Now, I was also told You shouldn't Pay off your house Because It allows people to be able to sue you and take your asset ( imagine getting into a minor fender better, somebody does the Izel "My neck and my back" and sues you and takes your house.

Trump has been doing a shell game for a long long time now because he loves stunting, and he leaves contractors good will hunting for that payment will never come

But the jig is up. No one has actually forced Trump to pay his tab before. He could stiff contractors and tell them, "It would cost you more to sue me than I would have to pay you so take this $300k when I owe you $5 million," but now he can't do that. All his markers have to be called in

Someone explain to me one thing: in the military, if you had too much debt your secret or security clearances were avoided until you got your shit together. How can he be president or even run for president with so much debt?

I bet all of his properties are under water - not merely leveraged but Trump having almost zero equity
shit based on the nys fraud case I would not be surprised if in some cases he has multiple lines of credit and mortgages per property - total debt exceeding its estimated value

I asked that same question because my cousin is an FBI agent and she said bad credit and a lot of debt disqualifies people. Even a local police agency won’t take people with bad credit and a lot of debt. Apparently that doesn’t apply to people running for president which is madness

That, too. Forgot about bad credit. Put that shit out of my mind once I got my 808. But yes, another guy on my shit lost his clearance due to bad credit. It took him almost 9 months to get it back.

It's unbelievable that Obama had to go through some ridiculous vetting, but when Trump gets there it's whatever's whatever. The great CAC hope, indeed

No, it's bad for nonwhites.

Fam I say this over and over. Trump is just a tool. His supporters can come out 8n the open and say how they want to see America...again. They are throwing tantrums because they know it's a matter of time before they lose their white privileges. This is like their last hope to do something to solidify another couple 100 years of privileges.

In theory this makes sense and genuinely I too believe he doesn’t have that much liquid. But it doesn’t mean he doesn’t have it.

Most business people live by leveraging.

There’s also the scenerio where’s he’s trying to find a way to leverage that money instead of straight up.

We’ll all find out shortly enough.
No.... "you'll" find out... "We" already know... H  e ain't got it..

Ted, you know I'm no supporter of Trump. That's for damn sure.

How anyone can vote for someone who has so many of his executive employees turn on him, and, say he is incompetent is beyond me.

But you are wrong on this topic Ted.

Net worth is completely different than cash in the bank.
We were in a zero interest rate environment for a long, long time. So keeping cash in the bank or even money markets was dumb. In fact searching for yield is what killed small banks last year.

Also dumb was keeping interest rates that low for that long. Something Trump demanded more of.

So you can argue that trump put himself in this situation by making sure that the only way to grow his net worth was non cash investments.

You can also argue Trump sucked at growing his net worth which led to him putting himself in this position by lying to banks about his assets. There is only one reason to lie on a loan application - you have to.

On a more macro basis Ted. Even if rates were along a long term trend line for the past ten years, few people are keeping more than 45 percent of their assets in liquid assets.

And as far as the bond companies Trump's assets are mostly interests in commercial real estate and foreign assets. No bond company is loaning against them in this commercial real estate market, if ever .

mark really ain't saying shit

I think shit bout to ramp up before they have to start giving this nigga them candidate briefings

You can most certainly sell (liquidate) real estate you don't own outright. It happens in business more often than not. Say sell a property for 7 million and owe 5 million....all that is going to happen is the buyer deposits 7 million with the title company and the title company transfers title to the buyer; and gives the mortgage company their cut (5 millie); pays taxes and any other fees and charges that are owed and gives the rest to the seller.

As for paying off your house, it depends on where you live. Texas is a debtors state. You can have a million in debt and own a 20 million dollar house and they can't touch it...it is considered you homestead....LOL.

As for the last question....the prez don't get a security clearance. As a regular civilian, that fucker probably couldn't get a security clearance, but as the elected prez....he don't need one.

Check out this example of property exempt from you creditors in Texas:
Exempt property includes most of what you need to live:

  • Household items, up to $30,000 for a single person and $60,000 for a family.
  • Vehicles, one for each licensed driver in the house.
  • Your homestead, up to 10 acres urban property (single or family) and up to 100 acres rural (single) and 200 acres (family). NOTE: If you are behind on your mortgage, property taxes, or home equity payments, your homestead can be foreclosed. Don’t get a home equity loan to pay off credit card debts or medical bills -if you default on the equity loan, you could lose your home.
  • Other exempt property, including two firearms, tools of your trade, sporting equipment, bicycles, 2 horses, 12 head of cattle and other items.

That bread can only be used for legal fees, not to pay judgments

Real billionaires do.

Bezos keep 10 billi liquid on deck, for example.
Bill Gates keep 60

Where you get 10% from?

SCOTUS can't help his ass with this one.
IONO I seen SCOTUS do some unforgivable shit in the past couple of years.

I have NO faith in them making a solid judgement towards Trump.

He got 9-0 to be on the ballot. They coulda easily took him off but why didn’t they?

Trump is more valuable than Roe v Wade???
